    Looking for a top for the slingshot!
    Are you going to be at the SSITS and think it is time for an upgrade?
    Do you have a top that you are tired of?
    Do you want to get rid of you sling top to make use of the money for another mod?
    Well I am the man to talk to!! I am interested in a top for my slingshot and hope to get one at the SSITS event this year.
    If you are coming from a long distance and you have space in your rv let me know and bring it down I want it.

    Cant wait to see the slings this year, I will let you know that THIS IS THE event to NOT miss!!!!!
    And my prediction is that this year is going to be wilder and have more unthinkable mods than last year!!!!!

    i dont know how many time car computers have messed me up.
    I took my jeep years ago on a gravel road and was having a ball, hit a corner and went into a slide and the damn ABS and traction control caught and almost pushed me off the road into a ditch.
    Had a nissan xterra that I had to get pulled out of a mud hole because every time the tires spun the brakes would stop them so there was no way to clean the tires and get traction to get out.
    I hate a vehicle that tries to think for you unless there is a switch so you can shut that $#it down and have fun.

  • SSITS17 Who is going to be there?

    Wife and I are going to be there.
    Will be staying in the area one way or another.
    Have not decided, plenty of rentals in the area.


    This years purchase is a top so if you have one and want to sell bring it to SSITS and let me know we are in the market for one.

    The wife and I are making this one also.
    Unlike last year where we missed the 2 days this year we are going the night before and are defiantly riding the dragon.
    Look forward to seeing all of you from last year and alot of new faces this year.
    I bet the slingshots are going to be crazy in 2017.

    Oh we are defiantly coming in 2017, Started working on the sling from the time we were there till well still adding on to the damn money pit. Once you do one thing you just want to do something else. never did get up with rab for that ride in the turbo sling maybe we can do it in 2017?

    there are a lot of hotels on the strip, none are too far away. There were people renting cabins and even staying in the camp grounds.
    The strip is not that far from anything......We are thinking of staying 20-30 min away in 2017 just to have more of a restaurant selection. We stayed at Jonathan Creek Inn and Villas, place was great, beds not so good but the staff, manager, everything was really great there.
