Here are a few more pictures I just received!
COR Wheels, right and left sides, perfectly matched powder coat!

Assembled, this Slingshot is beautiful. I don’t think this one will ever be finish!

Happy Birthday Larry!

I haven't seen this asked yet, so apologies if I missed it, but from one or two of the pictures, it looks like a canvas top. The way I am looking at the pictures, it seems if that is a fabric top, that there would be a lot of flutter, and therefore a lot of noise and maybe wear and tear on the fabric. Thoughts?
I don’t know because I don’t have a top, but how is yours?

Thank you for posting this - I was aware of this option. has anyone actually done the math to determine what the increase in torsional stiffness would be by moving the holes in like this?
Not that I am aware of, but I would guess it would be something short of 450 lbs/in which would be a good choice for someone looking for a inexpensive upgrade. I am sure it would be noticeable.
Myself I purchased a DDM and drilled my own second set of holes before they even offered the two settings.
@Ruptured Duck did you ever do calculations?
-
okay - so let me take this a bit further.
It seems there are 2 choices with 3 settingsfor reference we have the stock sway bar with a torsional stiffness of 350 lbs/in
next we have the DDM sway bar with settings for 462 lbs/in and the inner holes at 571 lbs/in
and then we have the solid twist dynamics which they say is 650 lbs/in
If higher lbs/in were always better the twist at 650 lbs/in would be the clear choice, but from what I have read there is the possibility of actually hurting cornering ability if you go to far. higher torsional stiffness in a front sway bar can increase understeer and actually make a car slower through the corners. I have been trying to read about this so I can choose wisely but I am not sure that everything I read about this will apply to a three wheeled rear wheel drive slingshot the same way it applies to a normal rear wheel drive car. In a perfect world one could go out with all of the options and test the various settings/options and "tune" the suspension to fit their driving situation, but I am not in a position to buy both sway bars and do this kind of testing/tuning
What I would love would be if the experts here who have actually experimented with the different settings and different sway bars could chime in here and help me understand exactly how these things impact the slingshot - @Dave@DDMWorks and anyone else - can you help me to understand this better so that I know better which way to go?
My logic tells me that going with the extremes will usually have the biggest compromises and trade offs - the extremes in this case being leaving it stock or going with the twist - this makes me think that the DDM bar being in the middle would be the safest bet, but this is not fact, it is just my very slightly educated guess
So please educate me if you can - - My first big mod was getting the JRI Grand Touring coil overs and at this point I am 90% sure my next mod will be to finish my suspension improvements with a sway bar - - please let me learn from you so that when I do make this move I make it wisely
Thank you
There is a another choice that many seem to forget, maybe one should try before leaping in aftermarket replacements. Obviously not for the more aggressive drivers but may work for the daily casual driver.

But at least he gave me the good spot overnight!Bed and Breakfast

Installed my buttons today! Compared to the other mods, this one had the best instructions and was a very easy install. They're also pretty stealthy. Thanks Phil!
Thanks for the comments, definitely the right color choice!

Mount the top of the brackets flush with the frame, from there you adjust the latches by trial ad error by test closing the hood. Start with the mounting the latches up(or high) then adjust down and in(not level). In a short time you will know what doesn’t work and wha seems to help. Very rare to install and is perfect without messing with it a while.
Hope this helps, no clear method.

Does it compare to what is done on the Mustangs and the Camero's under the hood?
Yes, there is a comparison, which doesn’t make me a believer. Mustangs and Camaro’s are not built on space frames such as the SlingShot. Mustangs and Camaro’s have outboard rear wheels which will cause the body to twist where as the SlingShot has one centered wheel that the body pivots on. Not arguing, I have no facts to prove my thought process, just not convinced the frame is twisting in hard cornering. That is why I am very interested in Dave’s findings.

As for the RRR bar, we just had one show up that we are going to be testing, thanks to @TravAZ. We are interested in testing it to see what it was doing and how to improve it further.“We are interested in testing it to see what it was doing“ is the part I am most interested in since I am a non believer that it did anything. Never did it myself, not disputing any claims from anyone who has, just a non believer, @Dave@DDMWorks I trust will get some facts.

Well now that looks like a red and an orange. All of the bags in post 208 that aren't other colors look orange including 2 in a row that are identical. I'm guessing it's just me.
Your arms are too short, have Sara hold the screen for you and take a couple of steps back!

@Ross your lengthy post is just a small fraction of the time you take to put this altogether! I love your work, Thank you!
