There is more truth to this than people think. I always have to tell people, do not close the door until I tell them to, otherwise the inside of the plane turns into an oven in about 3 seconds.

Yeap, you could cut the end of the sway bar past the hole you are using for clearance, if it is an issue.

Dave@DDMWorks ....quick ? ...do you know if I'll have any issues with the Rev Dynamics air ride Shock clearing the Sway Bar I got from You guys.....?
I saw in the install directions different Sway bars might need trimming.....
Ours usually clears, depends on ride height though and settings on air ride.

what is the easiest way to get to the starter to change the big 3 wire kit.
Pull the intake manifold, not super hard to do, the little 10mmm head bolt that holds the dipstick to it is kinda a pain to get off. Also, there are 2 zip ties under the intake manifold that need to get cut to remove the manifold.

Pretty sure that is one of the Lava Customs builds from Dubai, they do a lot of custom builds that are over the top. - https://www.facebook.com/people/Lava-Custom/100088887309816/

I believe you are correct... most of this has been done before... as is the case with virtually any product. If one looks at the tech specs for this device it is truly amazing... This was not supposed to be a pro/anti Apple thread, only pointing out that they "released" some pretty cutting edge tech to the "public" and not just something to tinker with.
When I was in college taking one of many philosophy courses, (I know... one place I applied for a job actually said "We want workers not philosophers") it was brought up that there is not one original thought... that is nothing that one thinks now hasn't already been thought of before... (that doesn't mean we haven't advanced technologically to achieve what was once thought to be impossible; possible). I believe that is true.
Most of Apples vision (not the tech that was mostly Woz) died with Steve Jobs... Just as I believe a lot of MS vision was Bill Gates (remember the first Windows operation system Windows 1.0, looked and functioned a lot like Berkley Softworks G.E.O.S. OS for the Commodore 64)... Back when Mr. Jobs was still around the moniker about Apple was "it just works" and that was true then... not so much now. I do believe their interoperability between separate devices in their ecosystem is unmatched.
I once owned a Polaris Victory Vision... and they touted their "new" ICE to have been built from the ground up... kind of the same thing..
Back when MS had Beta Testers and not just Insiders... this was my most fun error to report....
Definitely agree that there is not a lot of new things under the sun. I didn't get into computer tech support until Windows 2.0 was around, but do remember quite a bit of programming on our Atari 800 and our Tandy 1000EX back in the day. The tech that Apple put together on the new pro vision is pretty neat for sure, once again it will be interesting to see where it goes from here. I didn't mean for my post to come across as either pro or anti Apple, sorry if it did.

Just watched the video, pretty neat stuff. As mentioned above, most of this has been done before, which can be said about most of Apple's products I can think of. Apple seems to be really good at taking things that other companies have already done, then repackaging them together into something that is easier for most people to understand and use. It will be interesting to see where this goes from here though.

It was awesome to see all the old timers up there again this year, some that I haven't seen in awhile. It was great to go over to @Bill Martin's house and find Mr. Bill holding court on the back porch with Angie providing the best hospitality around. It was nice to get away from the fairgrounds and hang out with everyone for a little bit. Already looking forward to next year!

Talk to Underground, they have optoins for 12" behind the seat. They are making a setup for our Slingshot now actually - https://www.universalaudiosolu…bwoofer_Enclosures.html#/

Just sharing apparently I got the two hoses connected backward! ( I am the idiot )
Kenerg Glad it is an easy fix, thanks for sending over the pics and let me know if there is anything else we can answer or help you with. Thanks Bill Martin, that was a fun trip and appreciated the hospitality you provided also

Thank you! I continued searching the interwebs and finally found a helpful video by old Sam!
I will be following his video this weekend to troubleshoot
Let us know what you find after doing some diagnostics.

Hey kids, I installed the DDM metal coolant expansion tank on my ride. I have noticed it will occasionally spit some coolant out.
When I first installed it I filled it to the bubble and it shot about half a gallon after I went for a ride. Since then it has happened twice whn going for a ride a few ounces but enough to leave a spot on 18 inches round on the driveway. ( this is happened again today after a 20 minute ride and two weeks agoing I put 200 miles on it)
My temps are running perfe4ct when cold I open the tank and I can see coolant at the bottom of the tank.
This happen to anyone else?
Give us a call 864-438-4949 or send me an email, happy to help figure out what is going on.

Mine came with the correct bushings, I would have to look up where they came from.
Not sure where they came from, the current ones we get come with 1/2" bearings or 5/8" - 1/2" bushing sleeves.

Awesome. Thanks from a new SS owner
The list up there will work for any 2015-2019 like FunCycle mentioned. Those QA1 shocks do have a 1/2" mount though, the stock shocks use a 10mm bolt. I believe what the people doing their own setup like this were doing though was drilling out the hole on your Slingshot and getting new 1/2" bolts to mount the shocks.

Joe Mama - Feel free to give a call and I can go over all the little details - 864-438-4949, or you can reach us after hours on the techline 864-907-6004.
Basically though all 3 of our turbo kits are pretty close to each other with the big difference between them being the turbos. The Stage 1 kit is designed for owners that want to stay on a stock engine, but get the most out of it safely, around 300hp. The Stage 2 is for those looking to build an engine and go for 400hp and the Stage 3 is designed for those wanting 500hp. The intercooler and general oil supply, water lines, etc are basically the same for all of the kits. The Stage 2 and 3 include larger fuel injectors were as the Stage 1 uses the stock fuel injectors.
Not sure if that covers what you would like to know or not. Let me know if you have any other questions or feel free to give a call also.
Thanks,
Dave

Does anyone have a side by side comparison chart that shows each part included in each of the DDM turbo kits?
TIA
Are you looking for a complete parts list for the kit or a comparison between the different stages?

All of the new stuff will be introduced at Slingexperience this week

Lets ask Dave Dave@DDMWorks ...
Thanks for the tag.
The diagnostic port will be in the back of the bottom side of the steering column plastic. There is a little 8 pin connector blank that it is sometimes plugged into. Sometimes they get tucked up under the steering column plastic, so make sure to look there also.
Here is what the port looks like -
Also, if you can not find the one under the dash, there is one in the engine bay you can use also. There is a 8 pin connector like the picture above just in front of the fuse box area. It is plugged into another harness, just unplug it and you can plug the diagnostic tool in there also.
Let me know if you need any other help with it.
