Just to check the needle bearing all you have to do is pull the wheel , take the axle nut off and the pully. The needle bearing itself will almost fall out. If all the bearings are still in the housing just regrease and put everything back together. If the bearing is good all of this should take you about 30 minutes. If the needle bearing is bad the needles will fall out in your hand.
I don't own an internal bearing puller. While doing a search, there are lots of them out there. Any chance of a part number of you that you found works well? Thanks for all of the input

On a side note... How bad/difficult is the axle and/or sprocket bearings to change? Any special tools? I am trying to decide if I should do it before or after Homecoming trip

Sounds like the rear wheel/axle bearing.
This is my initial thought/ concern. Would it give this symptom of ticking only under throttle? And really isn't noticed when going slow (like driveway slow).

Ok, I need "professional help" (not just psychiatric). I have a ticking sound that I can't locate. Somewhere near the rear. It is a constant Tick, Tick, Tick while on the accelerator. As soon. As you let off, it stops. Any culprits I should check that would give this symptom?

Sadly there is a drug pipeline between crime ridden, liberal Asheville and the Cherokee Reservation. They try to run drugs under the cover of all the events here in Maggie Valley. The boys in blue here are doing everything they can but it’s like a leaking damn - same here as in a lot of places subjected to the policies of liberal Democrats!!
Love cops...not a fan of using k9 for "probable cause". The dog "hit" on both of these vehicles. Police searches turned up nothing. Occupants were sent on their way after lengthy stops

and this...🚔 There was a bit of excitement in front of our rooms at Holiday. K-9 was brought out there for 2 seperate stops

Has anyone had to have any front end parts replaced due to wear and tear? Bushings, tie rods, bearings, etc.?
Sent from my SM-G986U1 using Polaris Slingshot Forum mobile app
I replaced upper ball joints at around 40k. I'm at 44k now

If you have uneven tire wear on the front or have had significant curb/pothole impacts you need it.
My steering rack is bad (scheduled to be replaced next week), steering wheel is no longer centered, left tire is wearing on outer edge way faster than right, left tire screeches in hard right hand turns... Local dealership that is doing the work does the laser alignment and will do it after rack is replaced.
