There is a lot more to hooking up besides the gear ratio. The slingshot is so light weight that it does not respond like a car does. Keeping all that in mind you are wanting to do two sides of the spectrum so best to stay in the middle. The 3.73 or 3.45 are fairly close and any more than that would be spinning your wheels without doing all the other things to increase traction. The stock sling can easily spin the tires, I am very happy with the 3.73.

I was just offended because it was to short!

    That’s what she said.

We made it home about 8 pm central. It drizzled all the way home but taking the trailer we stay dry. Happy wife, happy trip.
Thanks to Biden we paid $2.99 diesel all the way home. Fuel was about $300 for trip but in comfort. The roads are fantastic to ride there and wish it was closer. Glad I got to see all you guys again and wish we could have ridden together. This year we rode with Phil and Donna from Florida on our rides and it’s nice to just have two slings to decide where to go and easy to follow each other. Quadzilla handled the roads very well and it’s a big learning curve going to V8 power, auto tranny and 4 wheels!

Thanks for opening your new house up to a bunch of wild riders.
I had a great time and thanks for the ride home. It would have been a wet walk back to the hotel. See you at breakfast.

I replaced the Carbon Fiber wheel like My Toy has in his pic for this new Momo. slingshotinfo.com/wcf/index.php?attachment/123842/

Nice wheel! And nice gauge cluster!

Thanks. The gauges are really nice, they are backlit in white with red lit needles. The Momo allows me to see the gauges better.

So Rab after you make your monthly payments how the hell are you going to afford Gas?

Damn nice truck, I looked at one last week before I downsized from Big Red to this. 3.0 Turbo Diesel in a Jeep. Crazy something like 440 ft lbs of torque and pretty good fuel mileage. Averaged 25 mpg in the first 300 miles on the highway.

Best of luck with it - she sure is sweet and the white beast will look great behind it on a ope trailer

Do yourself a big favor and get it tuned from Green Diesel Engineering.
The epa has the engines strangled and GDE will give it a legal tune and it will run better.
Read up on the motors and you will find the issues many have with it.

Can you take some better pics of the wing from the back and sides. Where did you get your rear fenders?

Damm the BBQ along with seeing everyone at your party was the only reason I wanted to come. So is Friday night the designated night for everyone to meet and greet.

I remember those days Phil, I was jealous that you won the Hahn contest for a free turbo install. Now I count my blessings you won. Lol. You also won the sbd bomb dropping contest on a ride. It was a unanimous decision by all. 😩 Gerald do you remember up on the mountain at MV and we all got under my SS cover the rains were so strong?

I remember that day as well. What a great guy. Jim you were the catalyst for that day as well as many other days. I still remember the day you called me and told me about Lil Red being available. That was unheard of. Every dealer had waiting list and added a couple grand to the price. I was getting jerked around by another dealer. Jim met me at the dealer when I went to get it and even loaded it for me. Those were the days. The first Maggie Valley meet was so magical. For those of you who weren’t on the forum in 2014 don’t understand how we all bonded waiting for that first slingshot to finally appear last half of November 2014. Maggie Valley was are meeting of all those we had conversations with but never met. The slingshot has truly made a direction in my life I never thought a vehicle could do.
