I ran the wires in the Trans tunnel where the factory wires are going to the seat for future heating. Be careful if you put the switches where I did. There are wires behind so you need to pull the radio out to drill the holes. Enlarge the hole slowly not to oversize it and they push in snug. Slow works here really well.

In the Trans tunnel there is box tubing to run behind. Also wire tie it to prevent touching Trans due to heat. Under your seats wire tie the wires up off the floor in case of water .

I have done the heated seats with the two way switch mounted to the dash. Really nice and makes the wife very happy to go riding on cold days. I bought the heating system off Amazon which are the DORMAN 628-040 Universal Seat Heaters. The three way switch is
HIGH/Off/Low and boy do they work well. I have added photos showing where I mounted the switches which are on the dash under the radio. Please note they are not waterproof but you can buy covers to make them so

Easy to remove the Hog rings on the bottom of the seats and slide in the pads and use the double stick to hold them in place. I did not remove the back of the seat from the base to install just tilted the seat back to gain the room and slide in the pads.
