Thank You Guys... It was 2 1/2 yrs of wrapping this beast but no one else will have one..
And hundreds of hours of shaping and sanding

I did find sequential Shifter Pont Soltice forum and it is made by Bremer Shifters that has shut down there site for
they could not keep up with demand ..
So. I did put request in and see if I get response back and saw a price of 2500..
Little high but I still would think about one if I could test it...

Trying to see if a sequential shifter is availble for the Slingshot or if someone has made one ???
I put the short shifter in and just can not get perfect shift timing with it..
I have been away from stick shift drving while doing the rebody of slingshot and driving the Vanderhall Carmel with automatic
probaly has made me lazy ..

Have my 2015sl since December 2014. Guess you beat me to the dealer. I am going on 106k now. I love my 15 and it's even more fun driving since I boosted at 78k. I added the boss radio last year so I could get android auto. Don't even get the itch for a new one.
I put Alpha Turbo on mine new from DYI dealer in mid 2015 and of course with all these body changes since new I
have a whole 6,346 miles on mine to date so I have a lot of catching up to do and stop taking it apart..
But I am happy with it ..LOL...And with low mileage it is 2023 model ..

I have the old style F4+3 that you are looking for harleyujoe . I would consider a swap for something equal although I am not looking to change it out. It does, however, have a scratch near the passenger side edge from a microfiber cloth and it has been used for 15k miles so it is not new condition. If I were to change it I would go with another (new) F4+3 or the equivalent height nascar style from allthingsslingshot.
Nice work sir, it's been fun to watch you put that together. If I see you on the road I'll know it's you!
Thank you..The new F4 just purchased is Tinted and +5 in size.. I am going to stick with it ..It llooks nice and even the
body changes I made took me over a month to get use to and now starting to look like it should in my eyes.
Then my next change is making a new dashboard and making it smooth and round ...

No much bigger in every direction..This is best side view of it....taller and longer sides then new stock one just received..But I am happy with new one
that it does not have all the grind marks in it..

Thank you for Pics,, The standard F4 with tint showed up yesterday and it is not the one I had but I
destroyed the Old F4 so bad , that I had to put new one on..LOL/
And it does not look so bad and I will get use to it being there..
I am thinking of calling Mark at F4 and seeing if I send them the Old F4 if they could copy it..
Will see down the road..

harleyujoe have you seen or checked out the New Polaris Vented Windscreen that came out this year, 2022 ? I purchased one and love it!!
It's taller than the stock ripper screens that I have always used until now and it has vents for driver and passenger that can be opened or closed !!
It also has the creases on the edges of the windscreen, very similar to the older F4 that you are looking for?
Can you post few pictures of your Polaris Vented windshield ?? thank you

I just gave my orginial gas cap and assembly to charity today ..
Just to get it out of my garage..LOL
I now use a Speedway Gas Cap Assembly and Luv it..

Boomer if you did not buy the F4 5+ early in 2015 it will a second generation unit. I have one of the very first units on my Slingshot and there is a big difference. Sorry Joe I wont give up mine...it's got over 109,000 miles on it and I love it.
I will miss mine,,I destroyed mine by all these changes and did not protect it ..

I have one used for one season. It’s in a box. I bought a madstad that I like much better.
This is the F4 windshield with the heavy bends on each end that they sold only a year as you see in picture ????
Has to be the windshiled and not the straight one they sell..
See how the hood wraps around the windshield..
I have ordered a New F4 windshiled and will take a month to receive and I may have to
cut hood or new windshield to get them to fit...
I was really disappointed that F4 could not make the windshield I have now on it ...

On my Slingshot I purchased in 2015 a F4 Winshield with the heavy bends on both sides
and Know most people did not like them for distortion..
Mine is a Plus 5 F4 Windshield
They can not make them any more and thought I would reach out and see if someone
has one and has to be in New Condition...

These fenders started approx Aug of 2018 and the body started May of 2019 with cardboard and foam shaping..
Then with gray hood that was Sept of 2021 And the doors were finsih shaping with foam July 2022

harleyujoe - not sure you can answer this, but I am curious if you tracked the weight of the changes you made? I would love to know if with your body you managed to reduce weight by any substantial amount? I have always suspected that the material used to make the factory body was much heavier than what other options might have been. I have always been a fan of lightweight designs like many of the lotus vehicles that seem to perform much better than their HP alone would suggest due to their high power to weight ratio.
LOL,,,,,This probably weights a added 400 lbs with the heavy fiberglas and the doors added and the rear design with the full sides it has now..
The hood alone takes 2 people to lift and weights alone 125 I would think,,
Any Stock Slingshot would be lighter ...
But I wanted a look and weight was not my concern .
But funny you talk Lotus and I had two Evora's and it was fun but the Slingshot with turbo has same horsepower but half the weight and
the tracking width on Slingshot is 9 inches wider and the 1500 lbs lighter than Evora and going into a corner with updated suspension and the Big Brake
kit would blow Evora away in every way but riding in rain and straight line off line take off..

But I wanted a smooth SS with No sharp edges..
I almost was going to keep the wing on back but I just could not do that with design..LOL
