@Slingrazor glad to hear Im not the only one who finds that fin a little too tall or overbearing. And yes starting with an original deck cover would be the way to go when fabricating a new male plug , now I guess the question is which is most desirable, the existing fin with some sort of @ slingshot garage forward swept wing or an entire new rear deck with a much smaller fin or no fin, incorporated into a new forward swept wing . Maybe a one third height rear fin blending into a forward swept wing at that height ? feedback please. @WOLF @Bil Martin @DKF Texas @jorgebri60 @mniron @MACAWS@Tripod @BONES @Neosolidus@MBMedic @Painter @sideseatdriver @FunCycle and anybody else please ?

I've been working on some prototypes with a customer of mine. He bought the Wycked Hitch System for the sole purpose of mounting a formula 1 style wing to the receiver. Quite a range of likes and dislikes based on individual tastes, which makes me think that we can put our thoughts together to come up with a "Wing System" that is customizeable. Mounts below rear deck (acts like a fender also) and accepts bolt on attachments to go above the deck or visa versa. You want me to send you a hitch Kevin Adams @www.ssbodykits.com ???

We went about 2500 Miles last summer from Washington to Southern California. Temps ranged from 38F to 109F. I had my Wycked Cargo Trailer in tow which was nice. I should have had hand warmers to go in my gloves, and a small cooler for ice and cold packs (which we bought later). I don't have a top on my SS so the Mid day heat would have been unbearable if we didn't have the gel packs to put in our helmets and under dew rags. I bought a couple of spray mist water bottles that really saved the day for us in the heat. Looking forward to meeting you in the Rockies, Thanks for Going Wycked!

I wrecked my shit too!! What kind of deal can I get on the hitch system!?!?

I'll give you one to Beta Test, but you need to stage a rear end collision with a 1/2 ton Chevy so I can report the crash test results to our product liability insurance company! X/ Shoot me a pm, I might have something for you!

It would be interesting to see if the community could transport that trailer from Rab's house to Rich's house... with photo's along the way. Just a thought. I'd be willing to go say from my house to @jorgebri60

If I didn't already have a trailer I'd buy it, but I have no need for a second one. I

If you all can get it to El Paso, I'll get it as far north as Denver. @RichArlt and @rabtech you all want to try this?

You are an amazing group of guys! Willing to sacrifice it all to get a wiskey barrel to Washington State! I am heading to the Deadwood Rally in July, thought we could link up then, but I'll have another trailer in tow. I kind of jumped the gun when I saw @rabtechs post. My wife show's me that now whenever she wants to get me excited!

The same style deal with my dad's whiskey barrel trailer. I will give the buyer all the new locks and latches and brightwork... all you have to do is paint on some polyurethane with stain built in and that is it. I will take $750.00 for it today. First person to send $750.00 to ebay@rabtech.com owns it. I'll hold it till you can come get it no rush at all. It is like new and it has had the tounge braced. So no worries.

Did you sell the wiskey barrel trailer yet? Thinking I should add it for advertising and ringing in customers at the events! :S:thumbsup:

This doesn't seem to be any good... :S If you want to take that Wycked hitch system off, I'll dive on the grenade and take it off your hands. That's just the kind of great guy I am! Just let me know, I'll PM you my address.

One of my customers, Billy Duncan, just made this sweet "hinged" tag holder courtesy of ingenuity, experience, brain power, and Home Depot. (Dang, did I just shoot myself in the foot???) Super Job Billy, check is in the mail!

This is a great thread you started Paul! Hey, I just noticed they really screwed up on your SS and put the steering wheel on the wrong side!!!! ?(:S Haaaa! Remember to let me know about that Wycked Hitch research you're doing also! Good to see you active on the forum!

Has anyone ran a new power feed from the add on fuse panel to the camera and or stereo or both? Just a thought! If so what, if any difference did it make? I have not heard of anyone doing this.

I just opened up the 2017 SLR, the old antenna is gone, this new BLA Module has the brake light spliced into it along with a wire that I assume is the radio antenna. Haven't researched it much yet, but I'd guess this is the fix for the camera/radio reception issues.

It's been about 12-20 degrees here, and I really want to get my SLR broke-in. I'm sure you all know the Polaris recommendations for 500 miles. Vary the rpms, don't exceed 60 mph, yada yada. Pulled it out of the shop yesterday and let it warm up. Drove around for about an hour, then shut it down after driving it back into the shop. The shop isn't heated at night but we heat it during the day's I work on the SS.

Just wondering if there's something else I need to be careful of due to the cold weather??? I had no issues with my 2015, hoping not to have any issues with this one either. Of course I need to add the heated seat option!

@RichArlt Don't think I didn't think about you when I posted that. I can't wait to see what you guys have in the works. Guess you'll have to call it a "fourth wheel hitch" ?(;)

Actually now that you mention it, we've also been researching rocket boosters to go with the Wycked System! One on each side of the rear wheel using the hitch receiver to anchor the rear of the rockets.

Yes, we really want to make the hitch work with the stealth fender. @Noel Hughes is committed to that also. Just need people like you willing to work with us on it

Here are some pictures of our new license plate relocator. The license plate bolts are LED's. I don't have pricing figured out yet, but gotta get them reasonably priced. They are custom welded and powder coated. The prototype seen here was just rattle canned by my nephew. slingshotinfo.com/wcf/index.php?attachment/31718/slingshotinfo.com/wcf/index.php?attachment/31718/
