A few of us Canucks are going to brave the border to go to this one including. So far at least 3 slings but more may follow.

We traveled 840 miles one way from down here in Louisiana.
Only 750miles from Ontario Canada. Not sure if there where any other Canadians there this year

A few things done over the years. Bought bone stock 2016
More or less what she looks like today
Lots you don't see too

Me and kev will be going down. I will be putting some more miles on my sling, this year gonna rack up the miles. First MV now homecoming. Looks like I missed the tour registration
-
I am in for this for sure. Heading out to sign up for group buy.

I like the idea of new panels that I can buy separately and install on my sling. That being said once a change is made over time your older body panels become a bit more unique/rare. Take the fenders many have said they prefer the look of the 15-16 version.
Regarding front wheel drive. There was an article published by Polaris (in the owner magazine} which gave some history to how the slingshot came to be. In the article it said that Polaris had tried front wheel drive first but with the single wheel in the back it didn't handle worth crap. They ended asking fabricators to come up with an alternate design which is what they went with.

I think 3 is the winner for me. Keeps the color scheme ie, black center with color on the exterior panels.

here in ontario Canada we only get 5 digits for motorcycle plates so very limited in choice. We pay $310 for the plate for a car or motorcycle then standard licence fee every year. Tried to get EFNEH but got denied so settled on CDNSS for the sling and the pic is for my other sporty vehicle

Done. thanks for the tip. It worked after I switched my postal code for Canada
-
What about for us Canucks. I tried a few different variation of City, Province and Postal code. None have made it to the map?

You know your known for slingshots when they give you this for a groomsman gift.

who knows what people are willing to do. During our last get together at a car show. This guy came up to one of our slings and started pushing on the hood hard enough to see the whole thing flex. We asked him to stop and what the hell? His response "I wanted to see if it was carbon fiber and you didn't have a sign saying not to touch".

my cables where labeled with the function and letter. The letter on the label matched the letter for the socket behind the Radio head unit. B and D I think

Makes sense @Rob the Slob.

I am going to play devil's advocate but here are the jack points on a 2016. Does anyone know when they changed the configuration?j -
I sprayed some lube in the area behind the mirror such as wd40 and worked the mirror by alternating pressure on each side until it started to move. It actually does have quite a bit of adjustment. Now the issue is if someone bumps the mirror lens it tends to move. Doesn't during regular operation of the vehicle

well... drum roll please...
The winner is EFNEH
Paid and submitted for just got to wait for it to get rejected. Told them it stands for "e fun eh".
