Looks like maybe flushing the fluid and between pumping and pulling up on the clutch it has fixed itself (fingers crossed). Has anyone ever had a Goodridge or Galfer new clutch line made and installed just to use better materials?

Got the Sling out tonight to take the wife to supper. Drove about 11 miles and stopped no issues. While getting ready to leave smelled burnt clutch while pushed in after starting, doesn't seem to be slipping while driving. I'm going to change out the clutch fluid tomorrow is there anything else I need to be looking at besides fluid? Literally turned over 40,000 miles tonight.

Welcome to Indiana 34 for a high today and spitting snow all day, at first I thought it was a heavy frost. Saturday they are calling for 66.

I've got a project to do now. Still running top notch, need to replace a coolant hose that is leaking intermittently. Nice to see you here Lostway.

I would like to go this year but i have a Nephews graduation to attend and throw a party for.

For the Trak Hamr kits I think the options were 3.54 & 3.73. i believe that the 3.73's are the more popular option. Whatever you can get for a DANA 36 pumpkin.

Last Friday Dec 4th. Wanted to see how bad it was, plus the wife needed the main vehicle. So I drove it to work.

The early Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth had an exhaust "donut" that we had to change out. They started squeaking when changing from park to drive or reverse and the engine shifted.
-
Shortening it up will help and I agree that necking it down to 2" with your supercharger will probably be an issue. I just went a little crazy about a week ago and bought a quad kit so it will be all different exhaust for me in a couple months.

Lets not forget if you are looking at cruising speed the Overdrive is at 0.72 I believe.

MikeKC Let me know if it feels like you have lost anything after you get the muffler mounted. I have ordered a Quad conversion so it is going to be changed pretty soon and this might be the way I do it.

Tripod I was worried at what you might post after that, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought.

After licking the exhaust pipes and the tires I can say with certainty that I'm not sure what it is.
-
The exhaust is the 2.5" Welter Duals, second pic is the soot I'm seeing on the dash.
-
SlingByron can you switch to a stealth? Not sure how the pipes work coming up out of the shaft area.
f you go boosted then you need the sidekick. It's already supercharged with the DDM kit. Have a few different thoughts as it seems like without the canvas top I have more soot on the dash by the radio than with the top. The wife and i are in discussions right now about something that would make it a custom exhaust set-up only.
-
wokka where is your exhaust located with the quad conversion?
-
I've been thinking about the spoiler possibly or the sidekick exhaust. Will probably try the spoiler first as it is much lower in price.
-
Ok does anyone know where I could get some of these possibly? Since Welter is now sold through Twist and Twist doesn't have this on their website am I SOL?

Slingrazor I mentioned painting R2 on the fin when I dropped it off. He said the fin was too small. Evidently I wasn’t thinking large enough. 😁

Chavey2. Best part is I had no idea what was coming. I left it open and answered Jim’s questions about what I liked and colors I liked. He did the rest. He decided I was Rebel Scum evidently.
