I have a spare I can put in the mail to you. I don't think it will leave my mailbox till Monday though.....
@rabtech you are a good man.

I went back to the muffler shop and they welded a nut to the plug brought out the torch and managed to get the plug out. I'm back on track.
I have an Alpha turbo so the exhaust manifold is an upgrade.
Is there a special material that the tip of the drill bit needs to be coated with to drill into this hard metal?
The bright side is if I'm going to have to take the exhaust off I might as well put a header on while it is in pieces.
When they welded in the bung bushing I assume they had this threaded plug with an Allen head top inside to protect the bung threads from the weld splatter. When I went to remove the plug to replace it with the O2 sensor the plug was loose and turned freely for several turns and then locked up so I assumed they somehow had weld from the inside get on the plug threads. The plug would not tighten or loosen so that's when I got the cheater bar out and that caused my Allen head socket to snap off inside the plug. After snapping three drill bits I decided to try the cut off wheel. It may be time to use a hole saw to cut the entire bung out and start over.
The bigger cheater bar was a big mistake. My Allen head socket snapped off inside the plug. I've tried drilling it out and tapping on it to pull the Allen head portion out nothing works. Any ideas?
I think they welded the bung in while the plug was in it. The plug was loose and unscrews easily until the end where a refuses to turn now. I'm now looking for a bigger cheater bar.
Nothing like soldering next to a fuel line. I think it turned out pretty good.
I have not changed the settings from what you set them at. Do I need to make any adjustments?
Which wire on the Slingshot do I connect to for RPM?

Please and thanks
The first time I got the engine code was on the loneliest highway in Utah a few miles behind the slingshot across America chase truck and trailer. We were doing well over 100 trying to catch back up when I plugged my phone into the outlet between the seats. Since it appeared to happen right after I plugged in the phone I thought it was an electricaliddur so we proceeded to shut the radio off and I unplugged everything in the glove box. We then limped along at 80 for another 40 minutes until I had service on my phone and could look up the code on the internet. Would it be possible to post pictures of the codes or are there too many pages?
I received the same error on my way to SSITR. It came and went the entire time I was at higher altitudes. I was informed that the engine code was nothing to worry about and it has not not come back since I returned to sea level.

@Turbosling is this the same swaybar you installed for me at Slingshot in the Rockies? I noticed we were able to take the corners of our favorite ride faster. I'm not sure if that's because we feel more comfortable having less lean or if it's causing the Slingshot to have more front grip. My girlfriend also noticed the difference when she drives and she drives like @adventure4me so you know it's been pushed to the limits
We are going to try loosening the spring tension on the front Bilsteins to see if that improves to ride it maintains cornering. Thanks for that idea.
Push the button on the center of the consol until it says check engine then press it and hold it. It will give you two numbers. Post the numbers on the forum and let's hope somebody can look them up
My Alpha turbo ran smooth at the higher elevation of Vail with the new 7 lb spring. Now that I'm back at sea level I have even more power but I am running rich at times. I have faith that with good feedback from us and by working with @TravAZ; Bob and Henry will continue to perfect the tune.
