@jpb19403 Welcome from the shadows. Those blue ones are beautiful, by picking that one you are already making it yours (choice). I look forward to seeing you mod out the blue one, we haven't seen many of those being posted. Congrats and enjoy. Try to get SOME sleep tonight. I know it will be hard knowing you'll be SLINGING TOMORROW! :00002508::00000436:

I agree on both companies being absolutely great to work with. What was your most recent purchase @DKF Texas ? How did you manage to get an embroidered Alpha shirt? You lucky girl!!

There was somebody way in the before time that posted about them. I too forget who, but they are who I copied.

Here's some pics @DocG . I put my front straps and bungies between the frame and the speaker wires. I don't want them getting pulled. My bags are empty, when you fill them for a trip and then strap and bungie them it's actually easier. Bungieing it up empty is strange.

Are you heading up I-94 to Port Huron, if so maybe we can meet up. We could tag along for a bit.

@DocG I have the same bags. My wife and I used them to go to SSITS and back to Michigan. They work awesome. You seem to have them strapped how I did. You just need to use the supplied bungies and two more. Hook one end where the shoulder straps hook, wrap around the bar until tight and hook other end of bungie to the same shoulder strap loop. Do the same for all four shoulder straps. They hold great and don't flutter in the wind at all.

If you need illustration of bungies, I can put mine on again for you. It's a pretty simple thing.

    Sorry @WOLF! Didn't mean to spoil anything ;) .

Those are some crazy pictures of just the two of you! I don't know how you managed that! We did something similar at Magic Kingdom (I know, not even close to the same). Was crazy to be the only soles at a place that is usually slammed with people!

I was just playing around, nothing spoiled. :)
We got those alone pictures and many more because while everyone was waiting for them to open the palace, we walked around back and did the gardens. By the time we were done in the gardens they were packed. The palace was a ghost town inside by then because they were closing in 45 minutes and everyone was in the gardens because they did the palace first. :D We just won big by not following the crowd.

HMMM, not sure u gyyts can take my Awesome good looks :-)

Hunger or bodily functions will draw us from the screen eventually. Go ahead and test us. ;) When I see your post I will scroll slowly and keep my eyes squinted so I have the best chance of pulling away before being drawn in.

I've been there! Versailles, Hall of Mirrors. Didn't think you could spend a whole day there, but you can. That place is HUGE!

So true. We even rented the tandom bike and couldn't cover all the grounds. It blows my mind that it was somebody's house.

Thanks for blowing my illusion, I'm sure that maybe one person might have thought I actually lived there. :D We were there early and have pics of us on the grounds without a soul around.

Very cool, she even framed and hung pictures from your trip. She is definently a keeper. I hope you already contacted Henry, I know he will do everything he can to get your Sling back up soon.

Thanks @Tripod , I must have missed it on there back in the day. Then again my old Sling didn't have "mushy" brakes, so I wasn't looking for it. Definently good to know. :)

I wanted to try the slam on the brakes fix but couldn't get a clearing behind me. I went to my dealer Ball Equipment in Richmond, MI and he said they could bleed the abs. I don't know why nobody has reported this before, but the bleeder valve is right in front of the Master cylinder. It made a big difference. He said to let it sit for a day as air probably mixed with oil on my ride up there. He said if I bleed them after it has sat, all the air would be at the top and will bleed out. I will be doing that and it's much safer, easier and thorough than mashing the brakes at speed. :)

wolf man , nice job on the new wheel, looks great ! how do you like it ? i told you i would STEER you in the right direction !

I love it and just as important, my wife loves it. It's smoother and smaller for her hands to fit around and be extremely comfortable. It gives me an excuse to wear driving gloves, because rain and sweat don't go well with the smooth steering wheel. :)
