also recommendations on which antifreeze to use. Temps where I ride is between 50-90 degrees. Thanx in advance. -
Preston's dex-cool just put it in my SUPERCHARGED SL

Most of the hoses are pretty easy to do - remove and replace as-is one at a time.
I actually skipped the lower radiator hose. Hard to get to and will never be seen anyways.
Make sure you use a GM-approved Dexcool antifreeze. You pour it in through the upper radiator hose (before final assy to engine) and then top off using the tank.
BTW, did you get the DDM tank too? -
Well that’s another subject. I found a used 1on another forum and guy scammed me out of $80. However I am buying a new 1 as we speak

If I were going to put on a hose dress-up kit I would definitely consider dress-up clamps

....just installed my DDM hoses (Blue of course) and found the install was pretty straight forward and this video was very informative, especially starting at the 6:00 min mark.......to purge the air out of the system (then after a day or two check your reservoir level)

The only thing I would add is, when removing the stock spring style hose clamps, this tool will save you a lot of time and frustration.

I try to tell everyone about that tool, when people see me use it for the first time they always ask where I bought it. It was only $25 when I bought it, some of the best money ever spent working on all the Slingshots we do.
