First off, I have a 2020R and I just got my new Stingray top with the new mounting brackets for 2020.
Problem(s): instructions suck and only partially apply.
I'm attempting to mount the support brackets under the dash (which had to be completely removed) and there seems to be no mounting points for the horseshoe bracket. Any thoughts?

I just stepped up to full LED lights also in my shop , what a difference.....
Need some pics to help you , if i can .......that horse shoe bracket i had to trim to get my pioneer to fit but all the mounting points were there, your 2020 might be different........ijs

That’s to keep your garage warm, now what do you use for lights, no wait, that’s to keep the paint from freezing. Now I get it.
Unless they made a different bracket for the 2020-21's the brackets in the kit won't fit. They were designed for the older chassis/dash. You can still use the two holes in the top of the dash but there will be little/no support. I'm sure a bracket could be made though.

Exactly what i was thinking, youll have to fabricate a bracket, to give it the support it needs.......
I hope you'll post some pics of what you come up with and the install, it will help others

According to the TwistDynamics, this is the new kit with the 2020 brackets to mount the kit. I'm not so sure anymore.
Well...... it's on and done. Still not sure how happy I am with it and there's still missing hardware for the small fins that go on the sliding panels.
This was way to much guess work and hopeful wishing in this install for the amount of money it costs.
I agree for the amount of $$$ it cost and i too was missing the fins and the hardware for the fins BUT at the end of the day , im more than happy with it and would buy it again......

Does yours latch in the closed position? With panels forward? Mine does not. Nowhere to latch it.
Yes mines LOCK in the forward & rearward position......it has to lock or it would be sliding while your driving
This top center cover has 2 screws upfront & 2 in the rear, if you remove this center cover you will see where it locks in the front under that center cover, for both sliding panels

For mine, they incorporated the piece that the latches grab into the rear inner roller assembly. There is absolutely nothing on the front. I'm working with them to get it all straight.
