Any tips from any of you all that have done the tire paint before? Wife is artsy and can actually free hand pretty good so wanted to see if she could touch up the tires. Also though it best to practice on these old ones before new ones get here Things we learned so far, clean, clean and clean just when you think they are clean more dirt comes off. Also take off, easier to do flat.
What else you guys have for me, any other tips? She didn't like how paint was flowing so was checking the youtube for some ideas...

Back in the ate 60s I just used Testor model car paint. The brand they are selling at Auto Zone, I was not satisfied with.

Used Testor on a lot of model airplane/car stuff! Was always good paint. Trying these out from amazon, not sure how it'll last though - https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod…tle_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Soap and water is definitely the way to go. Used Alcohol to clean on kenda section on this tire and paint got weird, just soap on water on nomenclature and lot smoother. Learning through trial and error, but I'll feel a lot more confident when she's does this to the new tires.
