Hey guys. Have a friend with a 2016.5 like mine. Their rear deal looks to be popping out behind the yoke. Has anyone replaced theirs in their own? Thoughts, tips and help welcome. Can we fix it or does it need to be done by dealer? SS had sat up for a while before they bought it.

It appears that maybe he is referring to the Seal maybe?

If it is the seal that is a common problem. I am on my 3rd one in 98,000 miles and I think this one is leaking now.

That's cause you keep the Slingshots till there 'hair' turns gray and they get old.
