My Wife and I went to a couple Lowe's stores yesterday looking for a new propane grill. Both stores had blocked off an empty parking spot near the designated Veteran's Parking spots and had placed US Flags and flowers along with a sign saying that spot was left empty as a memorial for our fallen soldiers who couldn't be here. My Wife is a USAF vet and I'm Army and the spots reminded us of the missing Airman formation and provided a touching reminder of what Memorial Day is really about.
Just thought Lowe's deserved some recognition for a thoughtful display.
