New 2020 is home. Ride command is busted though

However I did find a workaround. I had to go thru about 3 different cables but I got one that works. The screens will still take forever to load and you can't use the controls but if you hit play it'll play through and you can use the volume control. Eventually it will load but it takes forever.

Also don't have more than 1 BT device. Delete them all and only put one.

The other driver ride command screens will also take forever to load. A workaround for that is to take the radio widget off the screens put anything else on but that. If you hit the nav button the map will show then hit the button to show the ride command widgets and they will load up.

Eventually the radio screen will load and you can see your tracks but it takes forever. I think it's indexing all the music on your phone every time you plug in.

Ill have to mess around a little more, once that is updated and working I will have no complaints at all.

At least this is in keeping with Polaris's tradition of quality control.

I have a 2016 and do music thru the USB and a memory stick... If you have any music on a memory stick see if that will play. Just a thought.

Thanks EjFord, I am going to try that and see if that is a quick fix for now

For my $5.00 ears the Polaris Sound system is fine. I hate the fact that the am/fm reception is nonexistent. I do have lot of music on memory sticks and that works fine for riding the by-ways.

In my old age all I want is the piece and quite and the exhaust. But even now I will turn the music up and in about 20 minutes I will turn it back down so that I cannot hear it.

I run the sound level 9---11. OEM 2016 system and I can hear just fine most of the time at Hwy speeds.

I have the the same model ears. If I'm not wearing my hearing aids, I can't hear crap unless I turn it up!

I usually put Pandora on my phone and play it through bluetooth through the ride command.
