Sombody needs to come out with a mod app...something that lets you have a sling that you put all your mods on and then when you consider a new mod it will tell you if it interferes with all the other stuff you already have! I have been bit a couple of times because I bought something then later wanted something else that wont work because of the first thing...grrr
What was today's Sling project-Mods , goodies....?

put the Dawg keyless ignition in.
I could have used a skinny teenager to help route wires. that took most of the install time
my back is very unhappy with me right now.

And hopefully wont have to undo one to do #two...
everything went fine, only thing was even though the radio has a fader on it and there are speakers for the rear, there is no audio from them. Don’t know if this is all factory sling radios or just my 2015 SL. Just put the sub in a baffle board for now to get a bit of low end until I have more time to fiberglass a box into the pocket.
New shifter knob fit well little odd being so low, but I do you like the look.

Finally had time to install the 2020 gap fillers I got from UAS. The guys at UAS were very responsive to my calls today and told me everything I need to know about the install. They look great and I really like the switchback feature on the lights.

When this crap is over I will back down to see my uncle. He lives in NY and can't get out just yet

I haven't driven in the dark but they are pretty much just lighting that will make you more visible. The best feature is the switchback. These things are very visible as turn signals when they go amber.

Coming down the mountain last week I had the ability to write at least half of my name......😏

No! No! Really! I’m not that kind of guy!😉

Not really a mod...but I was out on a ride with a T-rex and Vanderhall a few weeks back. Hit a nasty pothole. Dinged the inside part of my week up...a good inch or so was bent in. Took it to a local repair shop and they were able to fix it for me at a fair price and it looks like nothing ever happened. Now as soon as we get good weather again, can get back out and ride.

Just a couple of pics of the tablet install and wifi camera displayed.
I have a Car app that displays mph using GPS, and has a nice interface that you can customize.
Went on a little ride today for BBQ to-go dinner for us.
And another shot of the glow kit...
My biggest thing about color/glow LEDs is that I don't want them to be seen (the actual units during the day)... As in... You'd never know they were there, unless they were on.

Looks really good Marco. How are you going to protect the tablet from rain, in case you are caught in it?

After my hydroplane incident.... I do not ride in rain. If caught in it (very low possibility), then a towel and pull over (cockpit cover in rear storage).
But again, no rain! No bueno!

I understand, I've said that too... ruined a radio when I got caught in it. I now have protection for it, and keep a rainsuit in the sling...
If I didn't ride or road trip for every time it might rain, it'd stay in the garage as much as...
Never mind, you understand
