Drove home this afternoon with out the pedal commander installed and frankly I kind of liked it. For now I have boxed the commander back up, I'm going leave it off for now and see what I think - - may just end up not putting it back.
dont get me wrong, the commander does make a big difference and I really get a kick out of the instant response I'm just starting to think that with my slingshot being my daily driver and 90+ percent of my driving being around town the more relaxed stock setup might be more appropriate and also easier on the rear tire.
If and when I decide I may just end up paying it forward to someone who spends more of their seat time out on the open road.
What was today's Sling project-Mods , goodies....?

I have one of these on my drivers side and my pedal commander is hanging inside it.

I am well aware that there are ways to attach it where it wont come off again because of the heat. At this point in time I just think I want to go back to stock for some time to see if its really providing a tangible difference other than making me wear out the tire faster

I think it’s more your foot on sport + all the time than the pedal commander itself 😛. Jokes aside I always have it on but the times I do turn it off the difference is very noticeable in response. It is just too much fun with the pedal commander on. Perhaps dial it in a lower setting if sport or sport + is too much for you?

not too much and I have had it on the high end of City - - - I think it just that with 90+ percent of my driving being my around town it is not needed - - like I said, I will drive for a few weeks without it then make a decision. For now its back in its factory plastic box, but its not going anywhere until I am sure

Added my new ZZP custom badging so everyone knows the quality of their work.

Swapped my double din mount.

I have been changing some more stuff over to Sling II from Sling I to be ready for a couple of rides this month.

Yes, I am letting her out of the garage finally.

Did the TricLED non-chasing RGB wheel kit yesterday and while at the dealer today picked up the side bags for a little extra quick storage
-
Still adding things to Sling II, a little each day. Fog lights and the filler for the lower front splitter today. Still have a lot to go. That is enough for today.

Oh come on, we all know the unofficial rule here, mods don't happen if you don't post a pic

Just changing mods from Sling I to Sling II Right now there is only one thing that was not on Sling I also. Pictures, you just have to find them and the pin stripping is different.

Gerald, you know I'm just busting your chops. Realistically, I'm jealous, sitting here in my office, listening to some project manager drone on about stuff I already know, or don't need to know, but there to answer questions if the customer has them.
I'd rather be in the shop, playing with parts on my slingshot
