I'm back.... finally got account unlocked and logged in with new PC..... Yeah CO is weird, you'll find stations with 85 up in the mountains, same with the gas station in the bad lands reservation side we needed to fill up at. Freaks me out and carry lucas oil octane boost for those occasions myself. Didn't happen to me, but another supercharged sling in my group had his knock sensor come on with that same badlands gas and I didn't using the octane booster for what it's worth. So it does something when you pour whole bottle in lol.
To Boost - or not to Boost

Ok Dave@DDMWorks talk me into the center feed fuel rail. Love the supercharger!

Dave is going to be in Houston, TX for a Rally, so will probably be slow to respond.

I'm just looking to add something to the sling. My belief is the center feed rail won't do anything except drain my wallet. Don't mind spending if there is a benefit.
-
You need it ! To give you more fuel...LoL! I have and it and it looks good!
-
I have it too. It drains more fuel into your engine and money out of your wallet. But it does look good.
(I was actually SHOCKED how much fuel came out of the stock one when I removed it.)

Having run my Hahn Stage 2 turbo kit since mid-2018, I don't think I'd like driving a NA Slingshot anywhere as much now. Definitely spoiled by the extra HP!

I noticed that my coolant level in my tank seems down near the bottom. I have no detectable leaks and the engine never over heats. The overflow tube is dry and no wet spots on the garage floor or any connections. Dave@DDMWorks I'm running the 105mm could this produce bowl and the coolant exits the overflow tube? I will be installing the ddm surge tank and reroute hose along with the 100mm pulley. Just curious why the fluid is low? I topped off again but weather does not permit riding to see if it goes down again.

I have the same problem, I have the DDM surge tank, I have a 100mm...It seems that the A/F seems to be on the lower side of the the sight glass. I hope Dave can answer this?

Just received the 100mm pulley. My first impressions are the same when I got the 105mm pulley. There isn't much difference. Dave@DDMWorks can you elaborate on why 5mm makes a difference?
-
105mm= 7psi +/-
100mm= 9psi +/-

100mm= 9psi +/-
Thx

It is about the pulley ratio between the crank pulley and the supercharger pulley, and the corresponding impeller speed of the supercharger.
Here is a comparison between all of the pulleys we offer -
110mm pulley - Pulley Ratio - 1.616 - 107,350 impeller RPM at Redline
105mm pulley - Pulley Ratio - 1.693 - 112,465 impeller RPM at Redline
100mm pulley - Pulley Ratio - 1.778 - 118,112 impeller RPM at Redline
95mm pulley - Pulley Ratio - 1.87 - 124,224 impeller RPM at Redline
Each pulley increase peak boost by 1.5 psi +/-

Installed the ddm coolant tank, hose reroute and 100mm pulley. May be plecbo affect but everything seems to run smoother including starting out and acceleration. The 1320 exhaust seems quite also. The blow off valve is louder at idle but there seems to be less back pressure regarding the muffler. Rode 80 miles and mpg is higher but will have to verify once I have a full tank then see how many miles/gallons at next fillup. Very happy at thus point.

The 100mm pulley setup is my favorite, that is what we typically run on the supercharger when we go to the road course, better midrange power than the 105mm and makes good power. Glad you are enjoying it

Riode 120 miles today with the 100mm pulley. Sling claims I got 29.7mpg. It's never been wrong in the past. I'll verify at filllup. I just did speed limits for the most part. Got on it once in awhile.
-
Update on mpg with 100mm pulley. Third tank of gas and miles/gallons is 32.7 fir all 3 fillups. I know hard to believe. I'm still running the 20inch back wheel so that can't be a factor in any miles traveled calculation by the slings odometer. True or not, it makes me happy!

Dave@DDMWorks I developed a supercharger belt squeal after 20k. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the delay, just catching up on messages today after the event. When you get a moment, send me over an email and I can go through the things to check and work with you on this. Thanks! Dave

Thanks Dave@DDMWorks took your suggestion and moved the belt to outer rib. Sqeak is gone now...
