What year are these wheels?

I believe 2015, 2016, and 2019 base models had the mono colored rim. The 16.5 and others had semi-polished edges. You might get an idea of the year if they'll give you a close-up of a front tire sidewall so you can see when the tire was made.

They look identical to my Base 2017 wheels

All base models have the same wheels across all years.

Yup, they're standard base rims. 2015 was first base, 2016 was 2nd base and 2017 was 3rd base...They all will do a shortstop unless you're going home.
