Dave Mitchel over the weekend has achieved something that many have claimed but none have proved.. He achieved 159MPH in a Polaris Slingshot in the distance of a mile. I just wanted to tell him congratulations. I put my AEM display in the floor of his slingshot during his runs at the ECTA event. I captured it ticking over to 159mph. It only takes approx.. 30 seconds to be a hero....
Many have said they have been way up in the numbers but if you could listen to this poor engine clawing its way up to 159mph you probably wouldn't every want to subject your engine to this kind of abuse. I can tell you that this is the longest 30 seconds ever when you holding the pedal to the floor......
