California Earthquakes

I would guess that every one is okay. 6.4 quakes are scary, but rarely dangerous. I went through three 7+ quakes in California during my 30 years there. (Upland, Whittier, and Hector Mines.)
Upland was the worst, 2 mile from epicenter, rode it out on 2nd floor of a 50 yr old cinder block building. Wall cracks, furniture tumbled about, cabinets projectile vomited their contents all over the kitchen. Ruined my underwear, but no injuries!
Even so, my prayers go out to anyone in the wobbly zone!

Didnt feel a thing here where I live

I bet the Democratically controlled house will approve a financial aid package in record time to help their fellow dems.
They just can't seem to find the time, energy or money to help the previous hurricane and flooded out locations in the past 2 years.
Sorry pieces of shit.

So another one hit tonight huh? Almost a 7...

USGS said it was a 7.1 : https://earthquake.usgs.gov/ea…ENS&utm_campaign=realtime
Also, in case anyone doesn't know, magnitudes are logarithmic in scale, tenfold increase per major number. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/…_scale#Richter_magnitudes
