With more and more of the TrakHamr quads being installed, it would be nice if Jeff Welter would design a new rear “Y” pipe for these quad kits so the folks that have the rear duals could keep the duals in there original mounting position. I really like how they look in the rear of the Slingshot and think they would look really good with the quad mod.

It wouldn’t take much to keep the Y in the same place on the upper side where the mufflers are, I gave Troy some feedback on what he would have to do there.
The challenge is the lower section of the Y, it attaches to the frame near the battery, and so does the torsion box on the quad kit, so the pipe needs to move. The next exhaust pipe section towards the engine would have to be changed as well. Not impossible, but a bit of work.
I wanted my pipes down lower, hence all of my custom changes, to help with the fume problem, plus I think my setup looks really nice now, and it’s unique.

steal the drive line from a Subaru wrx and with the Trakhamr back make it all wheel drive
Oh sweet jeebus...I need this in my life.

I am right there with you on this one.
I would so sell out and go 4 wheel with that swap!

Barking up the wrong tree for me here lol, heck I yanked out the front wheel portion of the all wheel drive system in my Gallardo so it was RWD only!!
Good enough for Formula One, its good enough for me.

Ok. Loving the Trakhamr kit. Since it now looks more like a speed racer Mach 4 I decided to change up the top a little. I like it.
Painter it definitely needs something now. Way too much ghost grey.
How about that track day we were talking about to see how it works on the rack. The date is Dec 9 in Savannah, Georgia. Check out the thread on here for more info.

Track day then follow up with a garage day at FunCycle to swap all his parts over. This sounds like a good idea.

I'm in. Just get me the specifics.

Has to be done before track day, I think 15 items so far just in the performance area.

working on preliminary ideas for an awesome fenders , lower rear wing combo . Really love what they did on the BAC Mono , what do you think about something like this SlingRider The lower rear wing should land right about through the center of the existing plate brackets so they would simply be relocated and would have to have those outside rear horizontal led taillights

You guys know I'm a trakhamr fan, and Troy / Kev seem busy, so I'm going to give you guys a bit of news. Trakhamr now offers Wilwood brakes for a big brake setup on the trakhamr kit.
I've ordered a set to upgrade my trakhamr. It's always bugged me that my DDM big brake kit on the front using Wilwoods didn't match the calipers on the rear. Going to get it paint matched as well, DDM is hooking me up with some powdercoating to match.
Troy is also working on air suspension with a nice twist, so if that's a must with your quad kit, talk to Troy or Kev about it.
