I think we should auction off your spot to the highest bidder.
Then donate the money to the beer fund

You could have a dedicated ride for me and all the sacrifice I am doing, right!

Just checked temp 108 with 113 index

Okay Boomer. Here is what is going to happen, all the beer is paid for, sitting in my garage in kegs just cold and waiting like soldiers waiting to go into battle. I am going to find a Newbie that this is their first event, give em a camera and tell them to shoot the Boomer experience. Should be interesting.

Thanks 123hotdog I knew you were a good guy, I don’t care what MACAWS or EjFord or even Bubblehead said about you. You ok in my book. I will keep giving the sob story line cause you know I am just downright jealous.
I hope y’all have great weather and even better riding experience. Heck I might not go to Maggie next year and just go to Bristol, what say you.
JUST SAYIN

We'd love to have you Boomer. I think the folks that have even been here before will have a great experience. Being born and raised here it gives me the opportunity to know the roads you just can't find on a brochure.
Funcycle will be the first to tell you that there is great roads we can ride here at 6pm for an hour and maybe pass ten cars. I am GoPro less right now. I am really hoping one of my Slingshot brothers or sisters has a GoPro and takes a video of the Sunday morning ride before brunch and posts it on here.
That pre brunch ride on Sunday is terrific and its not on any brochure anywhere. At least not yet.

If anyone wants a map of the rides in Vir. go to http://www.AppalachianBackroads.com and get the map. You will not be sorry. I have about 15 maps of the Georgia, N.C. and Tenn. area that I will bring to Bristol to hand out. This is the best map out there for this area. It is at WildRides.info --- WildMountainRides.com if you cannot wait, this is free also just pay the shipping and get a few to hand out.

FunCycle yes I saw the write up and that is part of the reason I say I am jealous.
I do want to ride this area with time to enjoy all of it. I might just have to go spend a week or so to do that next year. If so I will definitely call you and 123hotdog an John Price , but that’s next year. Thanks again for your info.

Less than a month till the start of Mayhem in the Mountains. Denise and I are really pleased with the turn out. I am sure there will be a few that get here before Thursday. For the few that come in before Thursday I am planning a Leaded two hour ride (that would be lead footed) through Bear Tree up to white top mountain and back. Calling it "Kurves and Kudzu"
