Thank you Boomer 🙂. I use an iPhoto 8 and a Nikon coolpix990. BUT I use the Apple photo manipulation program for both. It is very versatile and easy. I use the Nikon for when I need the 35-1 zoom and 28 megapixel. I also have a 3$ Walmart 3” tripod that makes all the difference. Both fit in my jacket pocket as I wanted something ready and easy. Fortunately my wife is tolerant of my wanting to be a shutter bug. Glad you enjoy and you can find good pictures anywhere. No one wants their picture taken but most all want to see em’🙂

Well I just rode thru a flood getting back to the house from Murrell's Inlet. I had Micheal do some touch up on the pin stripping he did two years ago. I did find Auggie, MACAWS brother. When I left him half his tent was two inches deep in water at least

The last mile got even worse, could not hardly see the road to drive and no where to pull over. I had cut the electronics off as soon as it started to rain so I had no problems sliding off of the road. About 18 miles in the rain

We both have ridden more miles in the rain when we like... Slow down and keep your eyes open and 'feel' the road.

Pulling out at the light by the time I reached 45mph I came across a puddle and hydro planed. Thanking God I was able to maintain control by turning the steering wheel the opposite way. Folks please be careful when driving in the rain especially at night when you can't see the puddles.
Concrete or asphalt? Concrete seems to be much slicker than asphalt.

The asphalt will be much slicker until the 'oils' get wash off. The main thing to watch for in the rain, is the 'streaming' of water across the road. It's the streaming or ponding that creates most of the hydroplaning...
