Look across the top of the forum page where it says Dashboard, Forum, Calendar, and look to the far right for Marketplace. You may have to hit the arrow to cause it to scroll if your on a small screen/window.

Yes, it is still here. Go to the pull down menu in the upper left corner. Go all the way to the bottom of the menu for “Marketplace”.
