I'm gonna try to get down to that graffiti I knew about this weekend. Supposed to be sunny, and I have some maintenance/mods to do to the SS on Saturday so I'm sure I'll need a "test drive" of at least 30 miles each way . . . .

I for one say let chavey2 snap the pic. This isn't like a work deadline, this is for fun and our entertainment. The more the merrier I say! (this coming from the entry that didn't even get a vote on the last month's try.... LOL!) More is better! Too many is best!
Oh I agree, chavey2 is good. I was already gonna give it thru the weekend for sure. Don't want anybody left out. But we'll go ahead and give it a couple more weeks just because. Hopefully we'll get a few more entries! I've been searching for some around here just don't have my slingshot back together yet which was disappointing for the last topic but this one especially because I didn't realize there were so many interesting murals around me. Oh well, been great looking at all the others people have found...

If it ever dries out here (we have rain about every day for weeks now) there is another mural only 7 miles from me if I can get the right angle. It's in Fountain City, the home of Levi Coffin and part of the underground railroad. This mural pays tribute to that action, and is a pretty nice one. I'm surprised that DER hasn't gotten one, there are many over his way. I remember seeing one (don't remember the town) that had like a marketplace, including kids playing and a very realistic Old (20's-30's) Harley Davidson in the painting. The setting was back in that time also.

That's a great one, but not the one I was thinking of. The one I'm talking about is in the SE 1/4 of Ohio, but not sure the town.
Edit, I looked it up on Google maps. I knew it was on a trip back from WV when I found it, so I just looked for a route I likely would have taken. When I saw Circleville, I was pretty sure it was there. I went to street view, and captured this image of it. -

Got mine finally. Had to break a few laws to get this one on the street and didnt get to compose it. Just had to jump out and start shooting when the light was red.
