Not in the least Slingshot related!
I live in a 55+ condo development which is a pretty special place. Everyone gets along and there is a clubhouse with tons of social activities. It's mostly people in their late 60s to early 70s who live here and they sure love to drink 
I joined the Social Committee and was asked to come up with a game for the St. Patrick's day Happy Hour. I think I am the youngest person in the neighborhood, so I have to adjust my thinking a little to come up with a game everyone will like that won't require a lot of activity or difficulty.
I came up with a scavenger hunt. It will be contained within the clubhouse which has a main area with fireplace and piano, kitchen, exercise room, library, bathrooms, coat closet, mail room, patio, and storage room.
With that information, here are the clues and I want to see if I've made it too hard or too easy to figure out the clues and eventually find the Pot of Gold, which is actually a green plastic Shamrock pot filled with nips and scratch tickets. Everyone also has to do an activity with each clue, but I'll leave that out as I just want to see if the clues are good.
Can you figure it all out? Seven clues:
“You’ll never find it!” the Leprechaun vowed.
You made it this far, so don’t give up now.
Here is your clue: now think for a while.
You’ll find it where you’d find a bibliophile!
You’re doing so well, on the Leprechaun’s tail.
Did you just hear that Leprechaun wail?
Here is your clue: I’ll bet you a nickel,
You’ll find it right where, the ivory gets tickled!
The Leprechauns are hiding their glorious treasure,
But you cannot afford to search at your leisure!
Here is your clue: so do not despair,
Open the door where you find much glassware!
Shiver me timbers, it’s sure cold outside.
“No, that means nothing!” the Leprechaun lied.
Here is your clue: and it’s not a myth.
You’ll find it right where you hang what you came with!
Leprechauns love music, but that’s nothing new.
The Beatles, the Carpenters, the Marvelettes too!
Here is your clue: hope you haven’t forgotten,
What one song do these artists all have in common?
Leprechauns don’t do this, they like to stay chubby.
They’d rather their tummies look round like a tubby.
Here is your clue: eat too much spaghetti?
Where would you go to get all hot and sweaty?
Only one more, and your team might find it!
This last clue requires some thought behind it.
In the NFL in the 80s and 90s,
His size was well known, a guy huge and mighty.
For the Eagle and Bears, he had quite a drive,
And his Super bowl ring is a size 25!
A Defensive Lineman, he sure stood his ground…
His nickname is where the gold will be found!
I think it isn't too difficult.
