For those that prefer the Optima Blue Top over the yellow top, the blue top P/N is 8016-103, again it's a group 34 battery. Group 34 meets a certain sizing criteria & is what fits for the 2015 model year. Later models with the smaller battery will require an adapter plate available from slingshotonly to fit a group 34 battery.

"Take charge..."
Hey, I'm just trying to put a positive spin on things....
In keeping with the current trend, I guess it's better than a negative post...

Shocking!
Here's another, less expensive, option. The specs seem slightly better than Optima at less than half the cost. The dimensions are slightly different so not sure on fit.

Are you positive? +
It's funny sort of, last time I drove it, it was fine, pulled in the garage and parked it. Yesterday went to use it and it was dead.
So I pulled the battery, it had a fair amount of corrosion on the positive terminal, thought on the off chance, maybe it just needed a cleaning. Wrong!
When I hooked it back up, it was even worse where it wouldn't even power up the lcd screen. So..
Yellow top Optima installed, found one for $219, wow, heavy and a snug fit, but got-r-done!
Yep, that is a tight fit. Hope you installed your trickle charger jumper harness while you were in there. Those long winter months....
I plug my trickle into the socket between the seats. Seems to work fine.
