SlingTunes, just an FYI, finally got around to using this to install my radio in the 2019 base, and this doesn't fit. They do not have this type of harness in my SS.

Not a great pic, there wasn't a lot of slack in the two wires:

One is labeled ground, the other power, and they are powered off of the key/acc.

I looked all around behind the dash and down where that wiring is above the tranny, and could not find another empty harness.

So, just FYI, might want to verify my findings and mark your part accordingly, that it won't fit the base 2019.

I've looked all around down there through the opening. Once my dual welter comes in, I'll get underneath it and look from that viewpoint.

Have you seen the two wires that I did find?

Hey SlingTunes, I know it's been a couple of weeks since this discussion and we spoke on the phone, but I finally was able to find this damed connection:

Sorry, it's out of focus, but that's looking up from the bottom, they f'ing wedged it between the frame and one of the interior panels. I'll have to remove the panel to get access to it if I ever need it.

Does anyone know what that one is for by chance? Just curious in case I ever need it.

If I didn't love my SS so much, I'd take it back for all of the little things I've found problematic with it. Taking it to the dealer today to see if I can get the hood bolts put in that are missing and have it aligned properly with the front air splitter.

Something else I found odd when working on electrical over the last couple of days, all of my important power connections were loose. Both battery cables could be moved by hand, the ground to the frame from the battery was loose and the alternator positive cable was loose. The only one that was tight was the engine to frame cable.

Sounds to me like they did not even do the dealer prep and check out for so much to be wrong. Raise some HELL and get them to do it.
