I have been hesitant to post this as I have not been able to confirm 100% but I think perspective customers should be warned .
About three months ago I received an order from my site for a 4 pak hood vent from J&D Slingworks so then as an approved Dealer, I immediately placed an email order to J&D as I have done in the past as I don't keep inventory on that item. Mysteriously no response, and they always responded same day in the past, So I waited patiently, and bumped the email each day . No response, Consequently I notified my customer I could not seem to full fill, at that time I was contacted by an inquirer who was looking for info on them as he had purchased off their site two weeks before and had not yet heard anything. For the next couple weeks he and I communicated as I too kept trying to reach them. Two weeks later I advised him to pursue his credit card issuing bank and request a charge back, which he did and which he received. I immediately removed the item from my site as I continued to try and reach them, hoping for news of a temporary problem . It was not to be, and now today, another inquiry from another direct purchaser who has paid for an item from . https://www.jdslingworks.com/ and to date, has received or heard nothing , again I advised him how to pursue a charge back for his c.c. purchase.
Please if anybody is looking to purchase a 4 pak hood vent from J&D DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECT OFF their website until you have been able to contact them first .
If anybody has any info to assist us in determining what is going on there , please do.
