I want to tap into the wiring of the rear cigarette lighter, but can't figure out how to get to them. I really don't want to remove the rear deck panels if possible.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

It is an accessory plug, we would not like any misunderstanding as to what it is.
Only one way to access it by removing the tail fin cowling... that is unless you know the wire color and cut into the wire harness bundle coming up thru the transmission tunnel....
Why does the old style cigarette lighter still fit?
Somebody missed a chance to retool and make hundreds off us poor slobs.
Don't have an answer for another way to access the power outlet. That outlet is always hot. It would probably benefit you to install an aftermarket fuse box and run aftermarket electronics separate of the Slingshot system. With that you could have constant hot and switched accessories with a single tap from the battery. And everybody knows there are other mods out there that you just gotta have.
