I have to connect my Neutrino's yellow wire (this wire taps into any ACC wire so the Neutrino knows when the ignition is on or off...) to an ACC wire. The one it is connected to now seems to be having trouble. It is the wire that goes to the 12-volt glove box plug.
I have to find another one. Problem is most people's suggestions are for wires I can't get at. Some say light yellow radio wire. Can't find it because there are two amps in the way. Some say the radio module's #24 brown/pink wire. Can't get at it. Tried to remove my stock fuse block and can't get it out as other things are in the way, so I can't access the wires underneath.
Can't tap into my headlight wire because I have after-market HID lights and the wires are encased with 4 wires inside.
If I connect to a speaker wire, I assume that will be no good because if the radio is off then there is nothing flowing through the wire to tell the Neutrino it is on. I think. If I tap into a turn signal wire will that work?
Any other wire suggestions?? One that I can get at????? Where would I find the tail light wire? Is it green and pink?
