Check you tire pressure and reduce your tendency to over think it. Tire pressure is the main cause for a vehicle as light as ours.
Beyond that, ride it and enjoy it.
ALIGNMENT....and no a vehicle does not have to pull in order for the alignment to be out....a vehicle can drive perfectly straight and have the alignment out and cause that kind of wear. If both tires are towed in for example the vehicle will not pull but you get wear!

I forgot to mention...since you changed the shocks...if you didnt put the height at exactly the same height as when it was aligned before then you have indeed changed the toe and camber settings. if it is lower you now have more negative camber and more toe in. If it is higher...you have more positive camber and toe out. Thats how it works. If it is close to the same height I would not worry at all about camber but the toe is killing you.
Find someone with the laser alignment setup and get an alignment.

It's tough for me to believe that you changed your equipment and your tire immediately scalloped. It would normally take several hundred, or more likely a few thousand miles for the front tires to show wear. Unless you're super aggressive. But then you've said that you don't spin your rear so it's unlikely you're pushing the fronts. Try again - new thread please.
It might help if he posted a pic or two so we can see what he's experiencing. Cupping generally isn't something that just occurs overnight.

I have put over 1000 miles on it since...give or take 500...
I have been hitting a lot of pot holes....not on purpose...just crappy road conditions..
Would the sway bar adjustment have anything to do with it?
I tried to set the new shocks at the same level..... I do have over 8000 miles on it....and never been aligned...
Can the front wheels be swapped from side to side? They are about half worn out at this point...just thinking if I can even them out by doing so...
As far as rotating your front wheels, you may need to get the tires remounted for the other side if they are directional tires (have an Arrow indicating direction of rotation).
After viewing replies, nothing I can add.
Wait for it........
If your front tires are half worn with 8,000 miles then either something is wrong with your alignment/tire pressure or you driving habits. I have 45,000 miles between the slings and drive somewhat aggressive, my front tires are not far from new looking. Most I know have swaped out their fronts because they want to have a different tire, not because of wear.
NO, if you set up your sway bar in a neutral position as recommended multiple times, it will not cause wear.

I switched out my fronts at 26k, and they likely could have been used another 10k easily. I had a set of stock rims gifted to me by @ThomaSS, and looking at the ones he gave me (7k miles) there was a very noticeable difference. But I corner it hard, and drive very aggressive on the twisty roads. That said, I don't think the tires I took off were more than half worn. Big difference in 26k aggressive miles and 8k.....
With 8,000 total and 500-1,000 with the new setup, I would have difficulty attributing any wear to the new setup. I'd be looking at everything.

The solution is right here where you answered your own question to pinpointing your problem...................

You people just as well be talking to a brick wall, he already knows the answer.
That tire doesn't sound too good. I've had scalloped potatoes and loved them, but a scalloped tire sounds like it would be too tough to even attempt having for diner.
Can anyone besides Polaris do an alignment?
The scallops are a recent development...I look at that tire everyday I ride

Try Johnny K's Powersport in nearby Niles Ohio, as opposed to driving out to Philadelphia. Unless you want to talk a ride to the other end of the state. Their contact information is on the link @SSREAPER provided. I took my ride to them and have no complaints.
