Thanks all for the kind thoughts and texts and calls. We are heading out in just a little bit. Funeral will be either tomorrow or Tuesday, not finalized yet. The family has asked me to be a paul bearer, and of course I've accepted that honor.

Well some things are looking up!
Colette and I took a few hours to make the Saturday morning run and only one spot is still flooded 95% of the ride is good to go.
We will make the necessary adjustments and all is good.@Firefly was checking the run for Sunday but that run is all about eating and there are several ways to get to Charlies so we will be OK
I tell you sometimes you just can not catch a break just as we confirm everything is good and come up wit a plan B to get around one washed out bridge BAM we get hammered with 6" of rain in about 5 hours.
Put 18" of rain in an already full pond tons of damage - every trail and my driveway had canyons cutting thru them. I just spread 2 loads of gravel to make everything look nice for B&B and now it is all in the woods.
10 hours on the tractor today and I have most everything back in order here.
I know the lake came up at least another foot. @Designer and I will run everything again on Sunday just to double check.You all be safe in this stuff it is just plain crazy

It's hard to look at the extended forecast and not get excited. Might just drive the SS and not trailer it the 4.5 hours.
