That's just nuts! Looks like hushpuppies!
As a California boy this is what I picture when you say "hushpuppys" When I was a kid my mom used to take me to Nash's Department store in Arcadia to get a new pair every school year

Ready to finish up one of my signature dishes: Elk Balls. You'd be surprised how few Elk had to die to make this dinner possible.
Damn, how many balls does an elk have?

God! I remember that place. I remember they had a pedal powered merry-go-round that I would ride while my sister was getting her shoes, and she would ride vice-versa.

How do they compare to calf fries. Love me a big plate of calf fries.

That looks like what we call Rocky Mountain Oysters or fried bull testicles. Mine is actually a meatball recipe that I make with Elk burger and sausage. The sauce is made from chili sauce, beer and brown sugar. Pretty strange but good!

You will not regret that, now you can use it year round.. Mine has had the heat on for the last 2 months since it turned cold. 35,000 btu propane, at night I just turn it as low as it will go. 70 degrees daytime high for the next 4 or 5 days and the door are open. I just took Sling II out for the first time in about three months while changing things over from Sling I
Yeah but almost 72. I'm making it nice for somebody else. Pellet stove is 70000 BTU, so I turn it on in the morning an hour later I'm in my t-shirt in the garage.

You might get the cover on the SS. Gonna be lots of dust on it. You’ll be so glad you got it finished, enjoy!
Yep I didn't have a cover and it is a little Dusty
Installed in floor heat when i built my shop. Heated area is 35x60 and kept at 68* all winter from an outdoor wood furnace that heats the house also. Nice having a warm shop to tinker in and the in floor heat makes the whole place the same temp and when i pull my truck out for work in the morning the heat recovery is very fast.
