Not on the site yet. These systems are not available for self install. Compustar will not honor the warranty if they are self installed. Installs will be done at SSITS and maybe Colorado event if we can get enough to sign up for it. If those do not work get on compustars website and search for a authorized installer near you.

Your esteemed Senator Elizabeth (fauxcahontas) Warren believes you should be sharing your SS with all those that can't afford or refuse to buy one. You should be more accommodating to your fellow Bay State citizens and be more willing to share your toys.
Chief Rain in the Puss
Baaaaahaha. Just because chief Pocahontas (Warren) got a free ride doesn't mean I'm going to allow my sling to be used and abused.
They can get off welfare and get a job!
If they ask then of course, I let them in and I use their phone to take pictures.
I no longer drive it to work because of folks just getting in it. I knew the time had come for an alarm when the last nitwit wouldn't get out when I told him to until the other idiot took his picture.
I had him by the neck...... yup time for alarm.

My dealer suggests you keep a battery tender hooked to it all the time and they install a battery tender pig tail out by the battery box on every slingshot because they know the alarm system drains the battery....my custom van always has a small red light blinking on the dash and I assume it's for the radio alarm or something....but if it sits all winter it needs jumped...and yes I know batteries lose some power naturally everyday they aren't being used.....

Installed the Polaris alarm on my 2016. Overall pretty happy with it. No battery drain that I can tell.
The perimitor detector if set constantly monitors for motion...so I imagine that would require a small power drain. Probably the reason they want you to remove the battery for long storage.
My alarm is on right now and I have the cover on it...the wind is blowing making it flap around and I can hear it setting off the perimitor alarm chirps....so is it draining the battery? That's why they recommend keeping a trickle charger hooked up.
Left the Scorpio Slingshot alarm turned off all winter while it was in the garage and it did nothing to the battery. This is on a 2015 model with a yellow top Optima battery.
If a sensor is working it is draining power. Turn the alarm off when locked up and stored. If the system is still draining your battery then something was installed improperly. Most likely a bad ground source
I've left the Polaris alarm on for a week in the garage and noticed no extra drain. I have a blue top optima and of course no alarms going off during the week. I usually throw the trickle charger on every week or so if I haven't gone riding or if I have only done short trips.
My perimeter alarm even works with the cover over the bike...
If the alarm is set of course it will.
Look up my article about those optima batteries...if they go below a certain voltage they are very hard to charge...they recommend a trickle charger on them constantly....if it goes too low you might need to connect two 12 volt batteries to it to revive it...these are not like typical batteries..".. And should be treated as such..... Keep them charged
Actually Optimas are a typical battery. AGM batteries were developed in 1985 for military aircraft where power, weight, safety, and reliability were the main considerations. They just aren't used for OEM use because of cost. Any battery company would recommend a trickle charger on their product when being stored. If the battery is getting regular use then the trickle charger is a waste.
