Funny Money?

    I'm scared to dislike this comment because it might go against the poster, but i damn sure dislike the subject matter.
    The people on our money did great things to improve the lives of EVERYONE in America at that time,
    What Tubman did only helped to improve the lives of a very small segment of America at that time.
    Not sure it warrants the placement of her on our money.

    I have to agree with Trump on this one ....you don't remove a President who was influential in our nations early growth and has graced the front of a Federal Reserve note since they started being printed (however he was on the $10 at first) ... issue another denomination to honor women in history .... but don't remove Jackson from the front of the $20 .....


    I'm not up on the process .....how was this decision even made ....

    don't know she did anything really. if the north had lost then yeah but all the salves were freed so what did she really do other thn not laze around?

    maybe i shoundt have said what i did, not to be insutlting. didnt mean to insult her, just its not like starting a new country. not everybody starts a new country, thats a big deal.

    so maybe they could honor obama too and put him on a new bill youre saying? like the $0 bill, because he didnt help my paycheck any. more taxxes, more health insurance cost, everything is more expensive and i make less. so it costs money to print the bill and yuo get nothing for it just like we got with him, and the working class gets screwed.

    This is another one of those subjects that if you disagree with putting Tubman on the $20 bill you are branded a racist. Tubman is just the start - Martin Luther King is not far behind plus many more. History is in the process of being changed right before our very eyes!!!

    the difference between anne frank and tubman is frank hid behind the lines, starved, had bombs constantly dropping, sleep deprevation, and somehow wrote a book.


    mlk JR worked to improve teh way a segment of the population acted, reacted, their education, self-respect, outlook, self-image, sociatal place in socity, thats a smart guy!


    tubman snuck away from a kind of nice place for the time, obtained being free and who doesnt want that, and then helped others do the same. we should make most bosnians heros then because they went thought constant hell. not to insult her but lots had worse and did more
