Conservative Politics & Daily Events Discussion

  • Watched Jesse Waters on O'Reilly and he was in Daytona for Biketoberfest - watching and BAM - there he was riding in an Orange Slingshot- anyone know who it was??

There was a guy with an orange one in our campground... his had a carbon fiber rear wing. Regretfully I didn't get a chance to talk to him.

  • What happened?

A whole list of things that Helliary and the DNC has done to get her elected, including the riots at the Trump rallies. They now have a video with the man supposely in charge of setting the riots up and the people he worked for. If you can find a rerun everyone should watch this one. The Hannity show from Monday night 10/17/16 very informative

  • High-ranking officials under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeatedly pressured the FBI to mark certain Clinton emails as “unclassified” in order to protect her interests, according to an unnamed FBI agent interviewed during the probe into Clinton’s unauthorized use of private computer servers.

The results of the interview with the unnamed agent have been published in a 100-page document the FBI released Monday as part of the investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email address during her tenure at the State Department.

The documents detail the information provided by an “FBI agent at the records management division,” who said they witnessed several instances of State Department attempts to pressure the FBI into declassifying the documents. The agent first received a call from the State Office of Legal Council (OLC), according to the documents, in which the agent was “advised that they, not the FBI, are the judge of potential harm to foreign governments and therefore the FBI did not have the right to classify a document based on those conditions.”

The documents remained classified, and the State Department then reportedly exerted more pressure.

“[REDACTED] received a call from [REDACTED] of the International Operations Division (IOD) of the FBI, who ‘pressured’ him to change the classified email to unclassified,” the FBI documents reveal. “[REDACTED] indicated he had been contacted by PATRICK KENNEDY, Undersecretary of State, who had asked his assistance in altering the email’s classification in exchange for a ‘quid pro quo.’”

“[REDACTED] advised that, in exchange for marking the email unclassified, STATE would reciprocate by allowing the FBI to place more Agents in countries where they are presently forbidden,”
    the documents continued.

Kennedy reportedly brought the documents up following that discussion at a “private meeting” in which he “asked [REDACTED] whether the FBI could ‘see their way to marking the email unclassified?” “According to [REDACTED], KENNEDY spent the next 15 minutes debating the classification of the email and attempting to influence the FBI to change its markings,” the documents read.

Kennedy reportedly attempted to influence the classification on another occasion, a conference call in which “Kennedy continued to pressure the FBI to change the classified markings on the email to unclassified.”

The summary of the interview of this unnamed agent concludes by stating, “[REDACTED] believes State has an agenda which involves minimizing the classified nature of the Clinton emails in order to protect State interests and those of Clinton.”

How corporate America bought Hillary Clinton for $21M | New York Post

    ...............

:REDSS: The ghost of SLingshot past ......

  • First of all, I "voted" that no one will win this election...

But, that is true @Orangeman... The meme of joker (love that movie)...

It seems the media (aka clinton) are now playing Trump's game and talking about the "plain folk", dare I say, "deplorable" topics... No longer is ANYONE talking about the issues... Real issues. Like education??? (soap box)

But anyway, who's to blame for that? Maybe Trump... But if it was another GOP Candidate, it would likely be very over for Clinton due to these leaks...

Now here's a conspiracy... Since Trump at one point supported Clinton... I again refer to a house of cards... What if this is all part of "the plan"...

Disclaimer: I am bored at the hospital waiting for our 3rd girl... :D

  • Now here's a conspiracy... Since Trump at one point supported Clinton... I again refer to a house of cards... What if this is all part of "the plan"...

Yeah, I joked about that early on in this thread .... laugh-squared

I find their past relationship interesting ..... Trump claims he was doing what a good businessman does and keeping those in control happy ..... he was on the "inside" .. do you know how often Trump and Bill Clinton played golf and how frequently he visited Mar-a-Lago without Hillary .... I would bet money that there where discussions either Hillary wish had not taken place or of information she may not even know....

  • Hillary will get her way soon enough. She'll have her public cell and a private cell - both in low security country club federal prisons somewhere. Too bad it won't be soon enough though

    Nobody gets outta here ALIVE

  • As a former Federal Prosecutor I can assure you that this is evidence of attempted bribery, and obstruction of justice with a Congressional subpoena. This is a disgrace but will it matter in the corrupt government we currently are stuck with?????

WOW!! I thought I was the only dickhead lawyer on the forum. So glad you came outta the closet :P:D ! I have read as much as I can about Hillary's corruption. I have never had the pleasure of working on the prosecution side of the law. I am very interested to know if you are of the opinion that there is WAY more prima facie evidence than necessary to convince a grand jury to indict and ultimately convict on numerous charges?? Haven't practiced criminal law in 30 years but it seems to me a 1st year lawyer could nail her to the wall - if not protected by the Washington elite.

I might not be right but I can sure sound like it

  • Bill, I practiced criminal law for forty years and I am convinced that a federal grand jury would find sufficient probable case to issue a true bill of indictment on the evidence that has been released. While I proudly worked for the Department of Justice for four years and have the greatest respect for the Special Agents of the FBI, I am horrified by the actions of James Comey and Loretta Lynch and they do not represent the agencies I held in such high regard. While I was defense attorney for thirty six years I can say without hesitation that the years I served as a Federal Prosecutor were the best of my career and I can go to my grave knowing that I never prosecuted anyone I did not honestly believe was guilty of the crime charged. I can also assure you that on a number of occasions I refused to prosecute individuals recommended for prosecution by federal law enforcement agencies when I did not believe the law warranted such prosecution. The decision of prosecution is that of the United State Attorney and not of the FBI.

  • Our neighbors at the campground in Daytona were from Syracuse New York. We had several conversations about the upcoming election and the sad state of affairs in Washington D.C.. They said along their route to Daytona they saw hundreds of Trump Billboard, yard, and bumper stickers and very few for Clinton. They also said going by what they have seen across the eastern part of the nation if the same holds true in other regions across the country they are thoroughly convinced the election will either be a tremendous landslide in Trumps favor or our government and the news media they control are hopelessly corrupt beyond repair.

BTW they are small business owners with 160 employees and offer healthcare to any of their employees who are willing to work enough hours to qualify, many of which decline.

  • I am horrified by the actions of James Comey and Loretta Lynch and they do not represent the agencies I held in such high regard.

After the FBI Quid Pro Quo release between Kennedy the the FBI, I figured that I had finally heard one mostly-honest statement from James Comey. He said that after all the political dust settled, Congress would realize that it was the "same FBI that you know and love". He was apparently talking about most of the agents- NOT himself. Talk abut the entire political process being top-down only. Washington needs a tidal wave of Biblical proportions so we can cleanse our country, and bring it back to what it was meant to be!

Jurisprudence certainly has changed in the last 30 - 40 years!! NOT for the better IMO! I sometimes regret not dipping my toe in the prosecution pool - I always thought it would be quite satisfying!!

I might not be right but I can sure sound like it
