Newsom added: "The fact is, every time that I've called the president, he's quickly gotten on the line. When we asked to get the support for that [USNS] Mercy ship in Southern California, he was able to direct that in real-time. We've got 2,000 of these field medical sites that are up, almost all operational now in the state, because of his support. Those are the facts."

Tapper looks like someone just kicked him in the nads ....

Again, gotta give credit when credit is due ... Newsom took the high road .... props sir .....

I find it very refreshing that Newsom can acknowledge that Trump has in fact been an asset to the State in this fight - - like I said above not all liberals are stupid enough to let their dislike of Trump get in the way of getting things done - - Newsom knows that it is in California's best interest.

Newsom is far to liberal to ever get my vote, but at least he can still be honest and recognize it when Trump does something good - - - unlike the little minds of the obsessed Trump haters

I see many know it alls saying the $1200 checks won’t be used to help local businesses.....Or they think people are going to put it in savings.....

some want to disperse debt cards To be used withIn 30 day expiration dates...some wanted to make them be used in local restaurants.....

trying to force me or anyone to eat out when they need to pay rent/mortgages, health insurance, utilities, buy food...etc....isn’t going to happen. If I was forced to use the money the way someone else wanted me to use it wouldn’t be Very happy as I watch critical bills not get paid.

I feel the plight of local businesses and their employees...and I’m very aware to their needs for income. .....but just like me.....they are going to use their money to pay their bills, not going to eat out....

unfortunately all of our $1200 is mostly going to end up in big business pockets....electric bill, gas bill, telephone bill, Car payment, mortgage....insurance....healthcare..toilet paper...slingshot gas....

we’re in Our own survival mode ....sorry but my bills come first...Eating out is pretty low on the list.....

Better than some ending up in the street/dark/cold/out of communication/in a debt hole they can't recover from .... I mean .. that's the point of it, right .... it's to maintain the ability of the populous to ramp back up when possible...... it's not intended to be for a shopping spree.

A long time ago my brother owned a home in Harrison, AR and was living up here and I did go down and roofed and painted in/out. Good luck getting everything done.

There is a difference in perception or guessing or ignoring or denying and reality. My mind is clear not clouded by smoke or alcohol. I don’t try to escape the real world in meaningless brainwashing crap fed to masses in the form of “entertainment “ I give every thing the benefit of doubt until I can prove otherwise. If it’s BS I trash it if it’s real I’ll deal with it. I don’t bury my head and pretend everything is wonderful.

I really hate much of the things I’ve uncovered. But I don’t pretend everything will be ok. Or pretend it out of existence. There is much evil all around us. In many forms, much in religion and politics. Many deceivers. Many liars. Many that want to hurt us.

I base my reality from thousands of articles and videos on a multitude of topics. Over many years. I try to gather as much information on Many different things. I try to weed out the truth from fiction, the BS from lies and deception.
