    It's not what was discussed that makes it a crime, it's the action. That's why the crime is obstruction of justice and NOT discussing the obstruction of justice. For that matter, with all the conversations I've had in the past about Obama, I should be serving life in prison.

    "John's" get busted all the time without actually getting the sex they paid the undercover officer for.


    People are convicted all the time for hiring a hit man, whether a murder was carried out or not.


    If you call somebody and threaten their life and the police find evidence supporting the fact that you were planning that person's murder, you will be locked up for a long time.


    If you are a suspected terrorist and all the wire taps, surveillance and evidence proves you are planning a terrorist attack, you will be locked up for life without committing the crime.

    So there you go. The Democrats know that there's a law against illegally entering the country. But instead of enforcing the law (Thank you Obama for being the first US President to openly instruct his attorney General to IGNORE THE LAW) they embrace setting up sanctuary cities and hand out gobs of taxpayer money for food, shelter, free health care and are now pushing for free education for the sole purpose of having more votes. If that's not anti-AMERICAN and anti-PATRIOTIC what is? The committee said yesterday that activity like that sure is when it applies to TRUMP.


    I just looked up the definition of a liberal in the dictionary. It said someone who loves giving away OTHER people's money and thinks they are above the law. Synonymous with DEMOCRAT, SOCIALIST or RADICAL FANATIC

    The opposition always claims that they will have the other indicted, investigated, charged, impeached, so on, and so on, and...... its like watching the movie Jackass over and over and over... the first time was shocking! Disgusting! But now you've seen it so many times your no longer wondering who gets their grapes smashed again....



    Just to note; I found it rather convenient - Mueller refused to answer the Republicans questions... but I only watched about 25 minutes of it... before I figured out the story plot and main characters...




    I would've recorded it if Trey Gowdy was still on the committee.... Jim Jordan nailed Mueller... "I can't answer that"... "Why Can't you answer that? Its on page 193!" Jim Jordan


    if it was a republican question... Mueller couldn't give an answer... same thing happened with Clinton when she testified in the Benghazi investigation.

    Thanks for all of those examples. So if you plan a murder but don't attempt or complete the murder are you charged with murder?

    No, duh! They would be charged with criminal intent or criminal attempt. They would still end up in prison for a long time. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself, be sure to get caught with plans, tools, weapons and would be victims schedule.;)


    Not sure why it is so hard to grasp the concept. It isn't anything new.


    Just remember, prostitutes get charge with solicitation without actually having sex. How do the cops know she wasn't just talking about it? Maybe when she got in the room she would just talk to the guy. Grow up.
