    Each person will have 2 mins. According to the debate committee, they will cut them off at the 2 min mark. With that, if one tries to talk past his time and the other doesn't, stupid people will think their candidate was "unfairly cut off more".


    Usually post debate, news people speak about who talked more. If the debate committee holds true to their word, they will have equal time for once.
