Our Daughter Tessie's Relay for Life (Spudinator)

  • Update on Tessie. Her numbers that detects the cancer is 6.2 which is in the normal range. She has one more chemo treatment next Wednesday then a pet scan the next week and a visit with her doctor the next. He seems happy with her progress and if all is well she will see him every 3 months after that. He has suggested she leave her port in for 6 months or so to be sure.

Thank you for all the donations and the prayers. Relay for Life is June 2nd. God Bless us all.

  • Final chemo was today. After 24 weeks of chemo along with 3 weeks off for surgery Tessie has come to the end of this first challenge. Now next is the CT scan on the 7th and sees the results from the doctor on the 14th of June.

Please keep Tessie in your prayers. Thanks for all the donations for Relay for Life. The picture was taken today while she rang the gong which is tradition when you have your last chemo here. Wasn't a dry eye around.

  • Tessie was the Grand Marshal for our little towns Relay for Life last night. Thanks to you guys she raised over $1500 for her team. It was a great night. She worked hard in her booth and then the rain came. We were able to get a picture of her, her niece and Teresa (mom).

After the rain started everything moved inside. The luminaries that were purchased in memory of loved ones lost and loved ones in remission. Thanks for the prayers. God bless you all.
