The Sharks are about the cheapest and actually have decent (loud) sound. I used one in my base for about a year.

I bought my Kenwood Double DIN touchscreen DVD player with Bluetooth for only $100. It was a refurbished unit, but I haven't had any issues with it.

The mount comes with a cover. It needs some Velcro on the edges to stay firmly in place while driving
