I bought these from Slingmods and they work great. They fit the 1st generation PRP and the old style Polaris seats. Not sure if they will work on the new style seats or not. As you can see they make a air space between your seats and the cover. Only $89.00 and they are a great deterrent to keep people from sitting in your Sling.

Have you considered the Madstad Stinger top? The top panels remove in 30 seconds without the need for tools and can be reversed if you decide to go topless while on the road.
Actually that was the first top i wanted before even buying my SS, but on TDS someone said it started rattling @highway speeds after a few months.
Aesthetically and functionally the madstad was my first choice for the features you mentioned +top LED and controls but i don't want something that is going to introduce a bunch of weird noises since the SS has plenty as it is,it doesn't need any more.
I still have the stock seats. When I first got mine I drove it almost daily to work. I usually can park under trees and it isn't bad. One day I had to park at another facility and it was in full sun. I ran out for lunch and flopped into the seat. I had to drive while holding myself off the seat. I ended up with actual blisters on the back of my thighs. That night I stopped on the way home and picked up a couple of black towels. It's easy and quick. I haven't had a problem since then. The good thing is that if you forget to put them on the seat when you park, you can always put them on when you get back in. When not in use, I just tuck them behind the seat.
In Texas, the seats even folded forwards were no promise of a hot spot, I changed out my seats to PRP seats with White Center section and Red accents, In 100 degrees plus, I can sit in seat in shorts with no heat, reach over and touch the black on side of seat and burn my hand!, Look at picture to left... <------------------

I've had my Stinger roof for 10 Months (I think) and have not had any rattling noises. And since I swapped out the latches to the new style, it is even more secure. I do believe that @Noel has the most miles and time with the roof. Since he sells many brands, I would get his opinion.

Call @slingshotjimmy. Slingshotonly.com has a cover for Slings with a top. I have one on mine and love it.
I stand corrected....thanks for the updated info...
A simple towel tossed over the seat will do wonders. Cheap and can fold up an into the storage compartment. Beach towel will work best and can be found in solid colors. I used black and worked great.
There may be a simple bungee / clip kit out soon that will allow the towel to stay on the seat all the time during the summer. Sounds like it would look ratty but really not that bad if you secure it correctly.
Check out Slingmods they have a new brand out, that's cheaper than the others out there!
I bought a white canvas painters tarp. I believe 8'x 10'. I lay it over the dash, fold the seats down and then over the back of the seats. I added some ties to it to hold it in place. The whole thing cost less than $15.

Why do they do a seat cover, with the primary function to keep the seat cool, in black??
We have these in stock as well and on sale.
