Last Friday Dec 4th. Wanted to see how bad it was, plus the wife needed the main vehicle. So I drove it to work.

My coldest was 26 and I really don’t care to do that again❄️
-
Yeah, coldest I've ridden is 27. Funny part is, it wasn't the arms or legs that were frozen then. Let's just say as a guy sitting down, the legs act as funnel to point the cold air into a single spot.

Hey, I admit when its below 50 degrees I like to wear gloves to keep my hands warm. I know, I know that is not really cold. But hey it does get down to 37 some mornings.

Dressing appropriately is never something to be ashamed about. As I've gotten older, I've also gotten lazier and am less inclined to ride if I have to bundle up. As temps drop into the 50s, I start wearing long-johns under my pants and as temps get closer to 50, I like long-johns under a set of insulated overalls from Walmart. I ought a seat-pad from Amazon that has a fan to cool the seat and back and also has integrated heating and finally tried the heat settings the last 2 rides. Ended up getting too hot and turning the heat off.

When we ride we always go loaded for bear! We bring everything. You never know what you’re gonna run into😎

My trusty mascot making sure everything‘s ready before today’s ride😎

Well our ride started like the above picture and ended with this one. I had all the nannies off in a light drizzle but a 180 spin around in a corner took care of this. Fortunately we are both fine with no issues but my sling has some slight modifications. The curb totally sheared off the rear tire. It is astounding how the rear end lost traction and just totally spun the whole vehicle around. Malcolm Smith Motorsports in Riverside has her in the ICU now and we shall see...☹️
