They are the same Dia. 1.26 inch or 32mm I just checked

My 2015 Nuclear Sunset Orange SL LE is an April 2015 build & did not come with the collar locks. This was a topic of discussion on a thread on TDS about a year ago or so. Polaris apparently only put them on the earlier builds. Just pinching pennies I imagine...
Yea. I remember them removing the locks. @FunCycle It sounds like i probably need to put a few wraps of electrical tape on to build the bar up then torque the locking collar down. -

I just stuck them on and run 1 screw up to check. I will center my bar exact tomorrow and put the locks back on using the electrical tap, I even have some red.

Glad I read this thread. I have the sway bar from DDMWorks but haven't installed it yet. I just checked and have the locking collars. I'll definitely transfer them!

Mine have stayed centered since the install without the collars. Add on as of 12/12 5/8 inch off center

If you have sprinkles it helps to add them somewhere during the install...
I bet this jar of RED sprinkles is worth at least 30hp.

I heard one jar added to your gas tank not only adds 30hp buy makes extra red flames from your exhaust

Hopefully my stock locks will fit. I was told it was the same size (even though I think its a bit fatter). I will check in the morning and see. Shouldn't take long to run to town and grab the stock bar and find out...
I guess I need to poke @Jeff@DDMWorks and @Dave@DDMWorks and let them know to remove the stock locks and reuse them if they fit... I feel like they would have if they would have fit. So ,y trip to the storage unit my be for nothing.. We shall see....looks like it has been answered but yes the aftermarket sway bars are the same OD. The tube wall thickness is increased. The polyurethane bushing used is the same 5344 11/4" (32mm) I'm using in my stock upgrade.
The lock rings will work the same. Wish my 2016 had them. The old SS did. -

It will really be much better the second or third weekend in January. Got some exhaust dump valves and some ignition goodies to start the new year off with.

Starting to think you guys don't even need me anymore. Got it all figured out before I could get to my emails this morning. But I will still hit the high points.
Yes the DDMWorks bar is the same size as stock.
Yes it is made of thicker material.
Yes the locks from your factory bar fit.@rabtech sorry for not switching yours over I had no idea you would be able to make it shift around that much. ( I should have known better with you )
The locks are a good idea if you don't have them. This is something @Dave@DDMWorks and I will look into as far as selling our own locks with the kit if needed.
