Just had a tornado apparently touch down about a mile from me a couple hours or so ago.. Looks like it's just storms the rest of the night...
Weather is pretty ugly tonight.

At the speeds you drive I would think that you wouldn't even notice tornadic winds

Our Local News Channel just did a report on the storm in Ider, AL. Holy Crap!!!! You guys really DID have a bad one rip through. Glad to hear you and yours are safe and sound. Sending prayers and well-wishes for those affected.

When we DO actually get rain here in the high desert where I live, that’s exactly the type of rain we get. July & August are considered “monsoon season” here & we see those storm cells like that often. You can be standing in the sunshine & across the street it’s coming down in buckets. Pretty cool…
